Didn't have key cards for 48 hours after arrival. Checkin at 4pm Friday, we arrived at 4:30. Called 24hr x 7 support and was told it was after hours, and they are short staffed. Had to park 10 min away and pay the nightly fee. No garage, main door, or pool access. Had to wait for and tailgate other guests. There are no batteries in tv remotes. This apartment doesn't have a BBQ grill or even access to one. The description says it has a grill. Spent the entire trip on the phone and texting the support crew. Local operations person unavailable first 48 hours. Was asked to provide pictures of the locking mechanism of doors we couldn't access. It was very frustrating. Not relaxing. Disappointed in Vacasa property management for how this was handled. Met a person from the HOA that happened to be onsite and told the person about our experiences. The person said they had heard of issues with Vacasa and advised to not rent theu them. Advice taken. I will not rent with Vacasa ever again.

Location. Unit was nice and price was reasonable.

No TV despite messages to Vacasa and their promise they would fix it. Poorly supplied kitchen. Nothing like the Airbnb we own.

The only thing we didn’t like was that there is no laundry facility in the condo.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with plenty of amenities during the stay. The location to the village was wonderful; close, but not over the main square. Underground parking was a bonus.

The elevator was out of service for the first part of our stay, and no one informed us of this before we arrived, so dragging luggage up multiple floors was a pain, but hopefully other travelers will not experience this.

The location was perfect for attending the festival at Keystone. The balcony had a wonderful view of the mountains.

Would have liked to have had better pillows for the murphy bed - or maybe an extra pillow or two.

Easy on, easy out. Close walk to the gondola. 👌🏼
