The view was exceptional. Great deck. Great location. With in walking distance of the pier and grocery store. Close to the pier to crab and go clamming. Liked the dinning room to sit as well as the living room.

It could have been cleaner. Lots of dirty dishes in the cupboards, hair in bathroom, ants in bathroom, part of granola bar in 2nd bedroom window and earring in the other. Food splatter on side of fridge. Stove top was a pain to use if you were not using a heavy pan. The inside of the burner had to be pushed down to make it work. The back sliding door sinks and hangs up. The difference in the laminate flooring between the kitchen and the rest of the house. Kept stubbing toe on it.

Loved this location! I didn't know the Candy Cane Train would be passing right beyond the back deck. This was a huge delight for all of us, especially my granddaughter. The bay view was fantastic and we could really enjoy our time there.

I think the beds were adequate, but may be useful to bring a few extra blankets. Everything else was great. The house, although smaller was very comfortable for each of us. The road nearby was close, but it wasn't distracting.
