Location

Water pressure was extremely low in showers. Clothes dryer only worked when the clothes washer was turned on. Bed frames were all loose and sheets were to small for both beds. Lots of fishing hooks around property around staircases which my 5 year old stepped on and got stuck deep in his foot. The supplies provided (trash bags, laundry detergent etc) was limited but there was plenty of “hotel shampoos” compared to trash bags and detergent which didn’t make sense..5 guests should have been left with more than 1 trash bag for the kitchen for a weeks stay..seemed very cheap on the owners end of the deal.

Best of both worlds. Bay on one side ocean on the other. Loved the pool.

Could of been cleaner. Our toilet wasn’t clean had mold in it and beds were uncomfortable. Dryer wasn’t working properly and dishwasher was very old. A few updates and a little cleaner it would be fantastic

Amazing location and amazing to use the beach equipment and not have to pack it all

Vacasa was very helpful in getting most things fixed or at least attended to and liked the availability of 24/7 calling

Trip began with check in at 4pm a notice call saying not ready but no later than 530p unit was not ready until 630pm which made a 4 hour trip to unit 6 hours in car The air conditioning unit went out on day 2 vacasa did send a maintenance guy and it was fixed by day 5 but it was little uncomfortable for a while., the toilets were not working well plumbers unable to come out until day 4 , the dryer in the home was not working so drying the sopping wet towels from the leaking toilet caused a little more frustration vacasa did provide extra towels for us however drying clothes was a no go . I'm aware things break and hiccups happen however these are essential items that definitely impacted our stay and made a stressful vacation

We fixed our own breakfast. In the kitchen we did find two roaches.

Bed was not comfortable. The shower pressure was very low. Friday night a Tropical Storm hit and winds got up to 70 mph. We lost power and stove never came back on. We left the next day because we feared the area might flood.

Everything but the view OMG!!! I slept with the balcony door open and the ocean as my sleep sound! Amazing amazing amazing I will def stay here again!

Beautiful view. Comfortable living room. Loved the paddle equipment downstairs. Great location. Quiet environment but near some good restaurants.

There were several brown German cockroaches running around the kitchen counters. The toilet in the main bedroom ran for hours. The other bedroom’s shower dripped all day & night. I spoke with a woman in management & she said I would be discounted a full day’s charge. It’s been since the 21st and I haven’t heard anything from them. Can you please follow through? Thanks
