Peaceful. Cooperative staff
Sheets had a weird smell. No slippers for the room. No drinking water. Dustbins had no covers, you have yo put them on yourself. Beds are too fragile. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Dishes were dirty.

Easy access. Staff was easy to communicate and work with. Check in and check out was simple. Rooms were clean and sizable. Breakfast was an added bonus.

The people who take care of the buffet was so rude

Rooms are appointed with a kitchenette for access to store food and cook simple things. There is also a dishwasher inside the room. Ample of hot water. I really liked the receptionists and staff. Very welcoming and friendly and will go out of their way to make things right for you. Washer and dryer on site but only one washer was working. Overall decent stay!
Bed was not comfortable. Bed sheets and duvet cover were scratchy and rough. Noise from the freeway will be loud and constant so something to be mindful of when booking. Internet is slow and you constantly have to log back in every day. Room cost is too high for the value received which is also another negative. Breakfast could be improved and more healthy options like fruits and vegetables and yogurt.

I love the location of this property! It’s always clean & the staff are always nice.
it was New Years Eve & when I arrived back to my room at 1am, the occupants in the room next me were extremely loud! so loud that I actually left the room at 2am because I could not get to sleep due to the excessive noise.

Pool table and ping pong were fun for the kids.
If I have to say a negative it would be coin pay laundry (and that's standard so not a real negative)

Homewood suites was excellent. We were there for 7 nights. Rooms were spacious and kitchenette was also great. There was a big fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. There were also utensils.
Breakfast was included and was also decent. Kids had their waffles everyday. There is paid parking available. There was also a laundry room which was quite helpful.

-many towels provided
-Overall very pleasant and comfortable stay
-TV in the room was mounted at a bad angle so could not be viewed from neither the couch nor the bed

Location
Rug was filthy. I wore my socks in the room and they were dirty. Obvious dirt seen. Used booking.com where it stated free parking and lady at the desk was trying to charge me $10 per day ( $30) even after I told her the website stated parking was free.

Hotel is well situated in a business area of San Jose, quiet nite time setting. Clean comfortable studio suite, private seating area with a small kitchen. Close to restaurants
Noisy family neighbors, was forced to call desk to have problem remedied which it was. Over priced for a weekend business hotel

The door layout in the room that we had was awkward, I am a builder and could see a better way to orient the doors so that they did not conflict in the bathroom.
