The Spa and the Portico. Both the services and employees were amazing!! Very best part of my trip.
When I was booking the trip I asked for a Thursday spa day and was told the only days the spa is open was Fri to Sun. So I made a Friday spa appointment, which was.the day we were leaving so we couldn't enjoy the amenities. Even though, come to find out they ARE open Thursday. Upon arrival 2 men were hanging out leaning on the desk while I opened the door, pulled in 1 large suitcase and several bags. My daughter also had several bags. No one was behind the desk, a woman appeared 2 minutes later, coughing like she was dying. I'm disappointed why an employee would be allowed to work this sick. I felt bad for her. She was abrasive but she sounded so bad and obviously sick. The room had a dirty diaper in the back of the kitchenettes' cupboard.. We ordered pillows and towels our first night, no one ever came. I had to chase a maid down the hall to get supplies. No one ever cleaned our room. The toilet paper holder was broken. When I told the front person about the diaper he said, 'oh wow! Well you paid online so you are paid in full.' Who says that?! The restaurant, the Sociale, food was disgusting. Utterly gross. I ordered a brownie for later and took a bite and it was RAW. The people who work for the casino were not friendly and lack basic hospitality training. AND thr spa is opened on Thursday!
The hotel, rooms, bar, bathrooms, and gaming floor are all dirty. Everything everywhere was dirty and we had a suite! Save yourself the trouble and stay at The Turning Stone.

Room was very nice and relaxing. Very clean. Great staff. Great amenities. Lots of great places to enjoy.

Near to the wineries on Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. Lots of free parking spaces. Very cheap during weekdays.
I was given whiskey glasses for wine glasses by the staff. Back in 2019, they had wine glasses in the room, but it's so hard to get them these days. Come on, this is a wine region. Stayed Monday to Friday, but got no room service. Bring back the buffet, plzzzz.

The room was great, I loved the comfort of the bed. It was very quiet no disturbances at night. very clean room

Convenient to venue
Vending machine not working. Had to ask for coffee for in-room coffee maker and the
front desk told me to come downstairs to get coffee supplies. I thought they should have delivered it to my room.

only thing was the bathroom needed a fan to vent the steam. other was very clean and room was great

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Got to enjoy the casino and had relaxation time.
The only thing is that I had to request towels and washcloths for the 2 rooms I booked. I think that this should be asked when checking in if the customer would like to have their room cleaned.

Rooms were clean
The light in the closet was broken so it wouldn’t shut off. We had to sleep with the light on all night. If you’re someone who needs it dark to sleep then this would of bother you like it did us. We finally ended up putting something underneath the door to block the light.

Smoking setup is less than ideal. Casino and Drinks just make smoking natural in that setting. Need some smoke area on the roof or something to make it better than hanging out front of the property smoking as people walk in.
