The hotel was nice. Panera's is located in the same parking lot as the Hotel.
The breakfast in the hotel was adequate but the coffee is horrible.

Breakfast was excellent. Panerai bread restaurant attached to main front parking lot and only 2 miles to Sturbridge village and downtown.
Pool was closed due to maintenance needed.

Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The staff was fantastic and well accommodating. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.
The location was great for interstate travel. The building and room had a very new appearance and feel.. Panerai bread across the parking lot was a good option for a late, light dinner.
The breakfast was excellent, choice of scrambled eggs or vegetarian omelet, 2 sausage types, amongst other options. Also breakfast was ready at 6 AM, allowing for an early departure.
The sink didn't drain well, and the tub stopper didn't work. We were able to plug the tub and allow it to retain water. An individual in an adjacent, or nearby room was screaming profanities for an extended period. Luckily it stopped around 10 pm and no action was required ( not the fault of the hotel)

Easy access to Rt 90 and 84. Modern, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Also, an adjacent Panera which is also modern and clean.

Our room was splendidly modern with lots of interesting lighting features. The beds were unusually comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast offerings were well-prepared and fresh, and they offered choices that are not commonly seen, such as vegetable omelets and fresh pancakes.

The lobby area was very chilly in the morning and the breakfast was quite modest.

The other staffs were very pleasant but upon arrival we were greeted by Mackenzie who was NOT very friendly. It seemed like our presence bothered her. Even asking for extra sheets seemed to bother her. It’s very unfortunate how one team member can make the whole team looks bad. Overall it was good and fits my family and I needs for the purpose we were traveling.

Very clean rooms and very good breakfast. Location was perfect for our needs and there was plenty of parking.
The pillows were not very comfortable, too dense. The DirectTV wasn't clear on how to use it or how to locate the guide.

EV charging stations not working. had to drive 1 mile away in the morning to get a ChargePoint working station
