Clean and spacious rooms, plentiful breakfast with options for the whole family. Very friendly and attentive staff. Close enough to Charleston and surrounding attractions but not in the heart of things, which was perfect for us as a family of five who needed more space than a traditional hotel room. Clean gym, laundry services. Highly recommend.

The noise from the highway could be quite loud at times. Stayed in a room closest to highway

The location was perfect, clean and comfortable. The morning receptionist was really friendly (Gabriela I think was her name)

I like that the rooms have a kitchen and living area makes it feel homey. The staff are amazing.

The maintenance man never showed to fix the garbage disposal, which prevented the sink from draining. There was stagnant water in the dishwasher that wouldn’t drain. So the kitchen became a bear to use, because we couldn’t clean up after ourselves and that’s not ok. Also the shower had a wall mounted handle for handicap use that came off when my disabled husband used it to stand from a kneeling position. And our next to last night there we saw roaches coming out of the ac unit in the living room. I know it’s the south and they’re hard to keep away.. but pest control is a thing. Last thing I need is to take roaches home with me. This is the second time staying with towneplace suites in 2 locations and both places have had sink and bug issues.

The breakfast was good, the food and coffee was always available, didn’t have to wait for refill. Location was fine near enough to what I really wanted to do.

Tub drain was broken. So was one of the cabinet doors. Cleaning service didn’t come around. Worst of all they ran out of many breakfast items and condiments. Especially SUGAR for coffee.

The room had everything we could think of plus more! The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The whole hotel was extremely clean. The room was massive and so was the bathroom. The hotel had great facilities too.

There wasn't much that we didn't like other than it was sometimes tricky to get an Uber. The breakfast was nice but not out of this world. Other than I would struggle to fault it!

Location. It was one street over from my son’s place.

The couch was not comfortable. The stairway that we used every day was not clean. The downstairs public ladies room was broken all week.

The front desk employee was very pleasant and great to work with. The rooms and property were very clean.

Breakfast was good, with exception of Monday morning. We witness an employee shut the door on someone as they were trying to get breakfast. Very rude. Glad to see she was absent the rest of our visit. Not good reflection on your image.

We arrived earlier than anticipated, the staff was so nice, they got us into a room right away. The room is super clean and all amenities. I liked that it has a full breakfast in the morning, but also full kitchen in the room

There were plates and silverware, different sizes of glasses but no coffee cups. We just grabbed a few paper ones from the kitchen area.

The staff was exceptional! From Taja, C.J. and Sam at the front desk to Trea at the breakfast bar to Carmen cleaning the room, we were treated with kindness and professionalism that I have not experienced before.

We were told what our bill was when we arrived and paid the total amount. However, when we looked at our bill after arriving home, we noticed a charge of $466.00 added to what we paid. I understand the money was kept aside to pay for any damages to the room, but I don't believe that was explained to us upon arriving. I suggest the total bill should be shown to the residents upon arrival as well as the explanation about the portion being held for possible damages.
