The staff member who checked me in was so incredibly nice. I also liked the updated bathroom.

The hotel is very outdated. There were no updated amenities at all in the room. And the tv was tiny with a long delay to change channels.

Our room had outside access, not otherwise available there. It's a ski lodge, not fancy but served the purpose. It was off-season, so pretty quiet.

Availability

At over $200 per night I expected at least the basics. The list of things wrong was long. Staff was not pleasant. Rooms were dated and VERY uncomfortable. Beds were like laying on a lumpy ground. Shower head was a misting system not a shower head. The water was either scalding or cold, not much in between. You had to dial it in just right or it was a misting jet stream. Toilet lever had to be held down to flush. No amenities and no regular staff at the front desk. Checked out early due to the status of the stay. Was not offered money back on last day, was not offered anything as there was no one to speak with. I can absolutely see why they had availability, not worth your time or money to stay here. I would not stay here again.

Location and cleanliness.

A Covid scared business. Can't seem to move on. No breakfast, no coffee, no fresh towels or room clean. Pretty unbelieveable. Our friends staying in other accommodations had breakfast and coffee and a normal stay.

There was no breakfast, no coffee, no tea--and not anything in the room that would've allowed me to make my own. Nor were there any people at the desk in the PM. The place needs an update.

Needs to be updated. Horrible bedclothes--polyester or nylon. Not very nice.

The location

When we arrived for check in at 9:30pm there was no one at the front desk and our key was in an envelope. Upon entering our room we were overwhelmed by the bad smell- like sewerage. We called the innkeeper and asked to be transferred. He accommodated us but was not friendly. He seemed annoyed. The second room was only a little better, but at that point we were too tired to move. We actually paid for two nights but left after one. No one was ever at the front desk to talk to and so we just picked up and left. Never again!

I never saw a person . No one to check me in no one to check me out. A key was left in an envelope with my name on it on the counter. Felt that it was possible safety issue .front entrance unlocked. Anyone could walk in. Will not stay there again and will now verify hotel/inn has people presence . Would describe this place as a step above a hostel . Not what I’m interested in

The convenience of the covid friendly checkin was great and it was super close to the ski mountain
