Location, location

Parking… no assigned parking spots. Hard to park close to unit for loading and unloading luggage. Unit was dark ground floor and not safe to leave windows open for air at night.

Great location! Close to Ajax and all shopping and restaurants. Bus stop to other mountains is only a couple blocks away. Unit is a great size for family of four or two couples. Stocked with anything you need to cook. Nice updated bath.

Just know the entrance is on the back of the building…a little confusing.

the only good thing about this condo was the location.

this property is clearly employee housing that shouldn’t be rented out. also there was no indication that it was on the alley next to the dumpsters. the property had a dank and persistent smell. all in all, a real dump. was quite disappointed

Clean

Was promised a patio or deck & we had a patio door yes, but it faced the wall of the next complex & was maybe 3 feet of space between. No room to sit outside as promised. Also no light

The property interior was nice, as pictured. The kitchen was well appointed. The location in Aspen was great.

The apartment location within the building was not as shown, entrance around the back in the alley, facing parking, not the pretty door that is shown in the pictures. We felt like we were in a bunker, low ceilings, and to top it off, on our first day, the smell of sewage was pervasive in the apartment. Also, the shower, although very fancy, had such a slow drain, that I had to rush my shower to get out before the shower water flooded the bathroom floor from the shower stall. The TV was difficult to figure out, and there were no instructions to assist.

Location. Easy of check in and check out. Electronic door- no key. Bathroom and shower. Parking spot.

Uncomfortable twin mattresses. Slow ventless dryer. No place for ski equipment.
