This is a beautiful Inn with large comfortable rooms and accommodations. The Inn Keepers, Mark and Tracy, were friendly but not intrusive. We enjoyed our privacy and ease while coming and going. Very nice!

Our stay at the Spouter was exceptional!! The inn keepers were friendly, kind, and made sure we were 100% happy. The inn was clean and comfortable and had excellent ocean views and many comfortable sitting areas. Breakfasts were great!

This is a most amazing B&B directly across from beautiful Lincolnville beach. The home is beautiful, comfy, and extremely clean. You won't find more accommodating hosts. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Oh, and the breakfast is to die for! You won't be disappointed if you stay at The Spouter Inn.

Great location directly across from the ocean. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Wonderful breakfasts. Owners were very friendly and the kept the place up beautifully! Loved everything about it.

The owners are wonderful, accommodating, and served the most delicious breakfasts! We have stayed in BNB's throughout the USA and this one far exceeded the rest. We stayed 3 nights and then returned later for a 4th. Wonderful BNB!

We loved everything about it!

The breakfast was spectacular. It was a treat to have specialty coffees prepared for us each day. The hosts were gracious and generous. Although the weather wasn't really warm enough to sit on the front porch for very long, the view was beautiful. We loved sitting in the living room - reading, knitting, or doing a bit of work. Snacks were available all day, which was a bonus for us! The nearby lobster shack, recommended by our hosts, served delicious clams and fish & chips! We hope to return sometime!

A truly excellent bed and breakfast. The breakfast is outstanding, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location beautiful. You're a short drive to Camden Hills State Park and a quick drive to wonderful cafes and restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

The Inn is beautiful inside and out. The owners, Linda and Mark, put so much love into every detail. At the time we were the only guest and felt very welcomed and comfortable. Our room was very clean, cozy, with two twin beds. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and made freshly right on the spot. Great location to explore the coast. Wewould love to stay there again.

Everything. From the moment we arrived the outdoor patio welcomed us in. Greeted by Linda and Marc in their cozy historic Inn, we instantly felt at home. After a brief tour, Marc showed us to our room which was warm and inviting. Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful bed and breakfast.

No complaints, met all expectations and more.

It was a very elegant hotel and we really enjoyed the fireplace and the jacuzzi! Breakfast was also good and we loved the view to the ocean. The owners were also very friendly. Overall, it definitely worth it, we highly recommend it!

I liked that the Inn offered two single beds. As two women (not a couple) traveling together it can sometimes be a challenge to find accommodations that are suitable. Why each have a queen-sized bed when it's not necessary for our needs. And many cozy, nice B&Bs don't offer rooms with singles. Our hosts, Marc and Linda, were warm and helpful but not hovering. They provided of our needs and then some. I lost an earbud and didn't realize I had until the next day after leaving. I messaged them and they're mailing it to my home. So grateful for the extra attention and care.

We didn't like the air freshener smell that permeated the hallway outside our room but probably if we'd requested to have it removed, Linda and Marc would have complied. We just didn't ask. I normally eat plant-based and if I'd asked our hosts probably would have helped me with the breakfast offer but both times we filled out the breakfast options it was later in the evening and I realized it was a bit late. Perhaps on the form, it could say something like dietary requests notes. I need to be more pro-active in this sense also by requesting before arrival -which I didn't do-so there's that too.

The inn was beautiful, the hosts wonderfully kind (especially to my toddler), and the food was fantastic.

Spouter Inn is by far one of the best B&Bs we've stayed in. The entire property is very neat, clean and welcoming. Our room was nicely decorated and bed was comfy. The breakfasts were all wonderful to behold! You'll take pictures of each meal.

I don't think it could've been better in any respect. The hosts are very accommodating and offer a lot of assistance to the guests. I happened to be spending my birthday there and they surprised me with birthday cake!

Linda and Mark are fabulous hosts. Their Inn is gorgeous in every way. Breakfasts were superb. They took their own time to be our witnesses for our wedding ceremony on their front porch. Everything was PEFECT for our special day.
