The location along the river was lovely. We walked the mile into town every day.

Very pricy, for not great room. The room was tiny and smelled musty. Water pressure from the pretty "rain shower" was poor. The bathroom faucet did not extend far enough into the sink, so no matter how careful we were water kept getting on the counter. The hair dryer was LOUD, but not very powerful. Limited bistro hours also meant having to leave for lunch.

The location is spectacular. Access to the riverside trails is such a great bonus. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The back yard terrace is beautiful and a great amenity.

While I don't need housekeeping every day, I do think the in-room coffee should be provided for every day.

GREAT location, especially if your room faces the river. Love that the parking is free. Rooms are good sized and clean and modern.

They put us in a room facing the parking lot and we had to ask to be in a room on the river side (it was a Sunday night and not very crowded)

No room service

The front desk clerk, when I checked in around 2:30 PM on the 10th, I believe was Isaac. He was EXTREMELY hyped up and incoherent. He was thoroughly confused about my reservation and was unable to listen to my explanation about having previously called. He was too hyped. I had called a few days earlier requesting a room with a tub. I was told the only rooms with tubs had two queens and I agreed that would be acceptable. Isaac knew nothing of my conversation and was unwilling to listen. He said the reason he was so hyped was because he had worked several shifts. I told him I was not interested in his personal life and was simply requesting that he would conduct himself in a professional manner. On another note. I had stayed with you previously and when I checked in the front desk clerk was folding towels on the front counter. ??? The front desk personnel are a guest's first impression and lasting.

Quiet and beautiful river location. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Loved the room and how it was appointed. very comfy bed and pillows.

The size & comfort of the room was pleasantly surprising. The reception, housekeeping & Bistro staff were all super happy. All.the.time. Bistro food & gentlemen staff were nothing short of fabulous.

Lack of complimentary coffee in the lobby. How the Bistro breakfast-included option works (or doesn’t). i misunderstood “included” as complimentary, so signing a receipt, where tips are suggested, threw me off.

The location was beautiful. Staff was super.

Furniture was a little impractical. Would have liked literature on the area or phone book in room.
