I liked the overall experience. Got into my room early and it was very clean. Beds were super comfortable and it was close to airport.

Airport shuttle did not show up like promised so I had to Uber. Pool was self-clean. Breakfast was okay.

O hotel é bem simples, adequado somente para um pernoite.

Swietna lokalizacja, bardzo ladny duzy pokoj, duza lazienka, bardzo czysto. Bardzo dobre sniadanie. Mily personel w recepcji. Obok hotelu bar z super Ribs. Pralnia w hotelu za darmo. Dostepnosc drukarki, dobrze wyposazony sklep w lobby.

Zimna woda w basenie, Niestety nie ma z tej strony slonca, takze basen odpada.

Nunca me devolvieron los U$S 30 de garantía por daños. Al hacer el check out me indicaron que se acreditaría en mi cuenta pero esto no sucedió. Les envié mi resumen bancario donde se muestra que me lo cobraron y no lo devolvieron y rechazaron el reclamo.

Muito perto do aeroporto, café da manhã muito bom! Quarto amplo.

The breakfast was great and lots of food and selections 😀

The price for the hotel was very expensive for 2 nights ☹ almost $700.00 .The prices of the food trucks outside were rather expensive .The pool wasnt cleaned and didnt look good to use and I think was closed and not available .

Produzimos muito lixo no café da manhã.. todo material usado é descartável.. poderiam ter xícaras e pratos talheres reutilizáveis. Apesar de utilização de água para lavar esses utensílios acredito q o material reciclável também precisará. fica uma sugestão!!!

The rooms were excellent and comfortable, the breakfast was very complete, full, and tasty, and the hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in.

The pool was somewhat small, and its view was not optimal.

El alojamiento estaba en buenas condiciones , la ubicación perfecta , cerca del aeropuerto , el desayuno estuvo muy bien y variado , se encontraban cosas saludables , además tenía a disposición té y café todo el día ! En resumen me pareció Excelente !

הצוות לא מסביר פנים, לא נעים, נתנו לנו חדר עם מזגן רועש למרות שהם ידעו שיש בעיה, נאלצנו לעבור לחדר אחר, ארוחת בוקר לא אכילה למי שלא אוכל בשר בבוקר או בכלל. אין אפילו יוגורט שלא לדבר על ירק או פרי. חייבו אותנו ב10$ עבור חניה . מזל ששהינו רק לילה אחד.

Location was perfect, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean.

It took WAY too long to check-in.

Filthy floors in bathroom. Smelly sheets and pillow cases and towels. Terrible long check in line. Will never stay here again.

We arrived around 7:30pm. The hotel put the woman who was in training to help us. She did not know what she was doing… it took her approx 30mns to check us in. The room was on the 2nd floor - the carpet was wet, the hardwood floor was wet and slippery. We went back to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. The young woman who helped us earlier was not there., thank goodness! So there was another woman who appeared to know her job. She was good and moved us to another floor with better room. This woman apologized and admitted that we should not be on the 2nd floor as it was in the middle of maintenance. During check out, the front desk clerks knew their job and was able to check us out within a few minutes. Kuddos to them both is them. Breakfast was very good. The hotel should never placed someone who did know her job to greet and checking customers. People travel from long distance, they are tired and want to get some rest. Having placed someone who does not know the job at the front desk will give customers a bad impression of the hotel and the staff who works hard and know what they are doing.

The room where we stayed had wet carpet and slippery wet hard floor. My friend walked on the floor and now has rashes all over her ankle!!!

No charge for washing machine, location was good despite the noice of the airplanes, pool water was warm, breakfast was good. No charge for coffee and tea during the whole day, free aiportservice if you make use of it

Daily cleaning the room without requesting. Now you have to request to make up your room. Actually not much to mention. Noisy but you should have known this as the hotel is nearby the airport.

The breakfast was fine. The room was satisfactory.

One young employee was extremely rude to a family in front of us. A family was checking in and needed a roll away bed. As they were going to their room and ask if the roll away in the hall was theirs, the front desk girl (about 22nd old) was like -"what, am I suppose to take that for you. What do I look like". She should have been fired right there. Very lazy ! And the way she was speaking to him the whole time was like that. Need management at night An older gentleman was working but said nothing. Morning staff was good !

The stuff was very friendly, only 5 minutes from the airport. Airport shuttle is operating between 6 am and 11:30pm

Due to the close location to the airport you will hear the airplanes every 2 to 5 minutes also in the night. The aircon was not working well, it woke us up several times, even though we switched it off about 3 times. Dirty bathroom, we had hair in the sink and on the towels. Very basic breakfast.

I'm here for the second time, and if I liked it the first time, then this time I didn't. Firstly, there were no bathroom accessories (ear sticks, cotton pads, slippers, mouthwash), although last time it was (except for slippers) I can’t understand why you can’t add vegetables for breakfast, very fatty and salty
