Le logement était propre et bien placé. Nous avons pu avoir le logement plus tôt dans la journée ce qui nous a bien arrangé. Tout le monde a été très aimable et réactif dès la réservation. C'est un ensemble de logements avec une réception avec du personnel très agréable et compréhensif.

Le logement a un aspect un peu vieillot et la literie n'est pas très confortable. Les lumières très blanches ne sont pas du tout agréables. Il était noté sèche linge mais il n'y en avait pas.

A localização é boa, o apartamento está bem equipado. Tinha um terraço ótimo, infelizmente só ficamos uma noite e não deu para usufrirmos do mesmo! Boa relação preço - qualidade.

Price was good, clean and very friendly staff.

Wi-Fi was very bad, kept cutting out. Our apartment was right across from a very busy and noisy café, not the fault of the owners, of course, just made it difficult to sleep.

Excellent apartment with ample space including two bed rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, washing machine, dryer and balcony with a sea view. Now comes the best part, owner Costa and his wife became like family. We shared cooked Indian meals, experiences , laughter and fun times. He also got us a lovely fresh fish, cheese and the most amazing pineapple I have ever had. Stayed there for 7 days and did not want to leave. Cooked some lo Terceira itself is a beautiful island with some lovely people. Special thanks to Alex who works at the apartment and is a fantastic lad. There is a lovely little bar next to the apartments which gets busy from 7 am and stay busy till midnight. Can be a bit noisy but we were okay with that. At least I got to see and meet shiny happy people there. Thank you Costa.

No tea in room

Accommodation is located near the city center. The apartment was very nice, the kitchen was well equipped and we felt good in the apartment. The owner was very nice. Several times we could use a washing machine. The bathroom has hair dryer. We used dryer clothes too. Wifi worked very well. We rent a car from the owner, it was good too. Thank you very much for all!!

Unfortunately, there is a noisy passellaria opposite our apartment, and taxi drivers and other noisy residents gather at the crossroads in the early morning hours, which disturbed us from sleeping - but this is not problem of this accomodation! No air - conditioning.

Super central, good value for money, free parking spot available, washing machine, nice terrace, helpful staff.

A bit noisy (there is a bar in front of the apartment), ground floor, a bit humid inside, interior design could use an upgrade.
