Me gusta la ubicación, los apartamentos estan muy bien,las instalaciones en general está todo muy bien ,es un lugar mágico, nosotros ya es como costumbre la semanita en apartamentos charco del conde ,me encanta,sin duda seguiremos viniendo nuestra semanita a la gomera ,valle Gran rey ,charco del conde
No me gusto que en la reserva pensé que la había echo para un apartamento con habitación y la había echo para un estudio y por más que quice que si se podía hacer el cambio sobre la marcha ,la señora que.estaba en recepción me dijoque no se podía que estaba todo ocupado y comprobé que.habia.muchos apartamentos libre, pero bueno nos quedamos con el estudio,los colchones estaban fatal,creo que también es hora de quitar la bañeras y poner plato de ducha ,pienso que es mucho más comodo,pero en general genial

Me gusto mucho el trato del personal. Las chicas de la limpieza atentas y la socorrista un encanto. Muy cercanas y amables
No me gustó que la piscina la cerraban a las 6 de la tarde. Es muy temprano!!!!

He estado en varias ocasiones, esta bastante bien ubicado.
Deberían renovar las instalaciones en general

An amazing apartment with great facilities and view.
I couldn't open the door without the receptionist showing me first that you have to pull it.

Apartment itself is ok and staff at check in counter is very friendly.
Could be equipped with at least some water boiler or coffee machine. Very thin walls so that you could hear neighbours dancing and singing all night long even though I had to take the ferry from San Sebastian at 7 AM and therefore had to wake up at 4:30 on my last night. Luckily just had these crazy neighbours on my last night and had quite silent and peaceful nights during the rest of my stay.

Front ocean view with amazing ocean sounds to fall asleep to. Direct little beach access in less than 3 minutes in front of the apartment. Great amount of restaurants in walking distance. The apartments design themselves are not super modern but were clean and well maintained with a kitchen and bathtub even and had their own charm.

A nice apartment, a beautiful swimming pool, a good location, a good wifi connection.
The accommodation is rather for 2 people than for 3 (the sofa in the kitchen is not very comfortable for sleeping).

We arrived early and were able to leave our bags to walk around the town, apartment keys were available a little earlier than the receptionist had first said which was good.
Spacious apartment in lower floor with a balcony looking out to one side of the beach.
Good shower, twin beds together were large and plenty of room in wardrobe .
Two tables, we had our meals with balcony doors slightly open , it was February so cool after 5pm
Pool was fresh ! (Cold) but clean.
Maybe to section off the kitchen area with panel, shelving? to make it less one large space, appreciate that would reduce options for where to place table. The light on the tv is quite intense at night, we covered it with a towel .

Nice pool. Good location. Comfortable beds. Sea view, pretty quiet even though it was on the road.
Terrible lighting in the rooms, ugly and not good for cooking. No kettle which isn't essential but nice to have. A shame the pool doesn't open till 10.00.

Fantastic central location on the beachfront at Valle Gran Rey with easy access to all local amenities.
Pool could have been a bit warmer but the ocean provided a fantastic alternative.

"Room with sea view" had not a real sea view - reception was not very cooperative on my request to change the room.

The room was clean and it was possible to cook. Also I liked the balcony and the calmness during the stay

We were here for 2 nights.
The room had the best view and was actually very big and clean.
We didn't try the pool so we can't say anything about that. We enjoyed our stay very much

Apartman is frugal, but you have all needed. There is no climatization so it is a problem during warm summer days. We were visited La Gomera twice (August and April) for a week and travel whole island and I think this is the best place for staying mainly if you have small baby. There is a pool and sandy beach with natural breakwater (lake) in front of apartments. Very good quality for not too much money.

Got upgraded to a frontline seaview apartment by lovely gentleman on reception which I really appreciated.

No wifi in rooms only downstairs. No washing up liquid or cloths/sponges . Cooker seemed very slow

The rooms are very good value for money, cheap, basic, dated and what you would expect for the money. Do not expect friendly service or anything other than a very economic apartment stay. Oven - cleanliness very good from staff cleaning the rooms
Beds changed once a week only - sheets very worn and thin which was not nice. Towels the same. No electric kettle.

Great location, near the beach, cute apartments, not new but great value for price paid. Enough space for baby cot which was provided for free.
Matresses in one apartment were bad but in other were new and great so it depends. place for improvement would be to have some detergent for dish washing. I would reccomend!

reception including incorrect information that were plenty of Taxis at port.
I ignored the advice and booked a taxi through a transfer company which cancelled the day before. Then was pestered by reception to get there by 10:30 so tried to get a taxi but there weren't any. Fortunately, there was a Mesa Bus transfer bus that got us there for 10:31 exactly. Very stressful. the TV didn't work but i didn't want to avail myself to the reception by that time.

Friendly welcome/check-in, very well equipped, even a washing machine, big fridge, huge living room, comfortable bed, we felt like at home!
The balcony didn’t get much sun and with all the wind it was too chilly at the end of November to enjoy sitting outside. But surely a plus during hotter days.
