I liked how clean the whole hotel is. Also how nice and friendly all the staff are. And also how convenient the location of the Hampton hotel is for downtown Leavenworth.

Brand new, super clean, great location (there’s a Safeway next door), friendly staff members, good breakfast options, nice pool and hot tub. The receptionist Rosa is great! She was super nice and gave us lots of advice on what to do all seasons.

Comfortable bedroom, good bed, good breakfast.

Toilet is too short, uncomfortable and needs modernization. Toilet papers horrible, doesn't match with the good overall quality of the hotel.

The hot tub and pool were great. Breakfast had many options and was quality food.

Did not like the furniture and table in the middle of the room.

I liked everything, it was clean… which is number one regardless of rating. The staff were helpful and kind. It was a comfortable walking distance to town centre (10minutes depending on you. Even if you have challenges the walk is accessible and pretty). Safeway is right beside the hotel which was nice to get fresh snacks and drinks. My husband works out regularly, weight room was adequate for a get away. Pool was lovely… we didn’t get a chance to use it… due to a busy day! Will definitely return.

Wanted a ground floor room my wife has Parkinson’s disease and I have lung cancer and we had a beautiful room on the second floor at almost the end of the hallway! But it worked out

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was identical to thousands of cheap motels all across America, certainly nothing special. I expected better, because the price for my hotel room was outrageous! I'm sure that the price was high because it was in the summer in Leavenworth, but nothing else about this hotel was above average (except that it was very clean). It was just a normal, standard American hotel at a very, very expensive price.

Extra $75 pet fee. Would have liked if this was more clearly advertised to prepare in advance. Also, would prefer big refillable shampoo/ conditioner bottles vs single use small ones. Such a waste and bad for environment. Also, room only provided 2 tiny towels for showering so we had to leave room to ask for more. Lame for price.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and quiet.

I didn’t like the sliding door to the bathroom. No privacy

This is a nice hotel overall. I unfortunately don't remember the woman's name who works at the front desk but she was amazing. We came out of the Enchantments on a Friday morning early and she was kind enough to call us once our room was ready as well as put us on the top floor so that we didn't have kids running around over our heads (a nice consideration for us because we are a married couple with no kids).

The bed was too hard for my taste but others may feel different!

Staff promised refund of some room b/c next to breakfast area & load banging started at 4:00am in morning...never received $$$ compensation...blew me off saying booking.com would provide never done

the first night we were given the room right next to the kitchen. Starting at 3:00am there was a lot of noise. most likely the kitchen staff were preparing for breakfast. we complained and were given a much better room.
