Me and my family visited this villa for our summer holiday. The villa is amazing, so much space all the bedrooms are a really good size and living/kitchen area is great too and all clean. Pool size was great and bigger than expected. Spar located around a 10 minutes walk away. We used uber mostly which we found great 4 euros for a 4 seater taxi. Would highly recommend if your thinking of going to Vilamoura.

We stayed at the Villa for 5 nights recently and everything about the Villa was perfect. The villa was roughly 25mins in a taxi from the airport, a ten min walk to the Marina, 20 or so minutes to VDL and similar to Albufeira - as a location - it is excellent. Inside the Villa, it is very modern, a lovely (we paid for heated) pool, Granite work tops and very modern. I highly recommend the villa and Dermot the host was excellent, offering clear instructructions and on hand at any point with any queries we had. Fantastic villa - will be returning.

Great Villa with good sized pool in pleasant suburb. Pool heating is extra but worthwhile. Supermarket 10 mins and Marina 20 mins from the villa.

This villa was spacious, clean, beds comfortable and perfect for 3 families. 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets. Enough sun beds for everyone and table tennis a bonus which isn’t photographed in VRBO. Didn’t hire cars as Marina only 25 mins walk. Supermarkets about 15 mins so walked and got taxis back with heavy bags at 5 euros. Supermarket staff rang taxis for us too. Plenty of break out seating areas too. We called the rattan furniture outdoor area the VIP lounge! We paid extra for pool heating which was worth it in April even with fab weather. Would definitely recommend this place to other families. We were 6 adults and 2 kids but would easily take 8 adults.

This villa is was amazing, very open plan and roomy making it very sociable for a group to stay in. It was nicely decorated and comfortable.The salt water pool was lovely and clean much better than a chlorinated one! Would definitely recommend this villa! Our host Dermot was quick to answer any questions and very helpful.

Amazing villa, excellent communications. Highly recommended

We are regular visitors to Vilamoura and picked this villa due to its location. It is a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to the marina. Everything about the villa is exactly as advertised. The communication with the villa owner prior to travel was excellent. Our travelling group was 6 adults and 2 children (3 and 1) and the villa was easily large enough for us. We had no need to contact the villa owner during our stay as everything was in such good condition, however we did have a conversation during the 2nd week of our stay just to check that things were ok. The pool heating was great and there were 8 really comfortable sun loungers with parasols which allowed us to spend a lot of time around the pool. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to any families looking for a fantastic place for their holiday.

Such an amazing 5 days spent in this beautiful villa. Actually thought from the pictures it was too good to be true but even better in real life. Brilliant communication from start to finish with villa owner and a very smooth problem free stay. Already planning to re book!

The photos don’t do this lovely villa enough justice. Just returned from a 4 night stay with 5 ladies. The house was immaculate and furnished to a luxury standard, was fully equipped and added finishing touches completed it. Host super accommodating and housekeeping first class. It was a nice pleasant 15-20 minute walk into Vilamoura or the Old Village where there is an abundance of fabulous restaurants, many of which deliver if you want to make the most of this amazing villa.

We had such a lovely time here in Vilamoura 😊. We couldn’t fault the Villa, very spacious and clean and the pool and outside area was lovely. Walking distance to the harbour etc. Would definitely go back!

Upon arrival we were very excited to be staying in such a lovely villa. The rooms were all spacious and modern, and the villa was very clean. The heated pool was perfect for swimming and relaxing in. The host was always quick to respond to any enquiries we had, which made the booking feel seamless and safe. Would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous villa in a great location, approximately 15mins walk to the centre. The villa was extremely clean with good amenities. Dermot was very helpful and always replied promptly to messages both running up to and during our stay. The only slight negative for us is the mattresses are very firm and we prefer something a little softer. Overall, fantastic!

The property is great. Dealing with Dermot the owner is a pleasure and easy. Jose the property manager is excellent and allowed us to store our cases in the basement on leaving day for a few hours. Downside is not many utensils and things I would expect and the cleaners were there when we first arrived after the time of check in and after a long day of traveling which was disappointing at the time. However overall a great holiday.

Excellent Villa and location

When we arrived at the property the key in the safe did not work, we had to wait 30 minutes outside with all our luggage before the property manager arrived with another fob to allow us access! When we asked the host to increase the temperature of the heated pool to allow my nine month old son, we were told it would be another £300 on top of the £4.5k we had already paid! They said it was written in the description, on review it did mention it in a foot note, but in the booking process on VRBO is stated there were no additional charges and that the total cost which included a heated pool would be £4.5k! Lastly, when arriving at the property, the villa itself was very clean and was as stated, a beautiful setting. However, when we went to sit by the pool, the sun loungers had clearly not been cleaned, they were covered in bird poo! and when sitting on one of the sun loungers, it was clear the netting below was broken! we then got charged a further £225 because they thought we had broken it! they charged my credit without authorisation even after I reported it first to VRBO. They said they were going to investigate it, two weeks later, still not response from them and suddenly my credit card had been charged! In summary, awful host... the way we were spoken to was disgraceful, and then to be charged for a broken sun lounger without warning... no response from VRBO... I will never be using them again.

Location was perfect, villa was stunning and the whole stay could not have been better. Would highly recommend and will be coming back again that’s for sure

Villa was very nice, good area within walking distance to marina. We had a few issues with the villa on arrival which the management company dragged there heels to get fix, I got In touch with the owner and he got them all sorted very fast. We would definitely stay at this villa again, we had a great holiday after a testing year.

The villa was better than it looked on line and the owner couldn’t have been more accommodating or supportive during our stay.Somewhere we would definitely look to return to.

This is such a wonderful villa. We were a party of 7 adults staying at the villa in August. On arrival we were very impressed with the appearance of the villa from the outside. It is set on a quiet cul de sac of luxury villas and is an imposing building. Dermot, the owner, had previously given us full instructions on how to gain entry and everything went smoothly. First of all the villa feels extremely safe due to the area and also the security features of electric gates and electric door and window screens. On entering we were not disappointed. The villa is stunning with a lovely entrance hall leading into an enormous open plan living area with kitchen, seating area and huge 10 seater dining table. It is beautifully kept and well appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms didn’t disappoint either. The outside area is perfect. A large swimming pool in a beautifully kept garden surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and a couple of parasols. There’s a large grass area too perfect for ball games etc, a terrace with dining table and bbq and comfy sofas and a roof terrace. The table tennis table at the front was a bonus and had a lot of use. The villa is approximately a 10/15 minute walk away from the marina where there’s enough bars and restaurants to try a different one every night. If you don’t fancy the walk Uber will take you for €5. There’s a small supermarket 0.6km away and a Lidl a short Uber ride away. Dermot was very accommodating and responsive and answered all emails pretty much immediately, not that we had any problems. All in all, if you’re looking for a villa with a luxurious feel with plenty of space inside and out, in a quiet and safe area but close enough to bars restaurants and shops then you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely fabulous two weeks at this villa. It was beautifully presented and well equipped. The location is amazing. Quiet when you are at the villa but takes 10minutes to walk to the Marina to enjoy the nightlife. The maids and pool cleaner were efficient but kept in the background. The villa is surprisingly spacious which is super with a large group as you all have your own space. I would not hesitate to revisit.

Seven of us ladies stayed at this villa and celebrated one of our groups significant birthdays. Was an excellent choice for us. Lovely spacious villa with plenty of bathrooms and a great outdoors for sunbathing, eating or just relaxing. Pool was a bonus and choosing to have it heated was a great decision. The marina at Vilamoura is only a 10-15min stroll away where there are a plethora of restaurants, shops and bars. If like us you do not want to hire a car then this an ideal location. Only had one small issue whilst we were there when one of the a/c units was not working properly. We alerted this to the owner and it was fixed the following day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend.
