I enjoyed not being there anymore
Service was horrible. I found what appeared to be blood on the bathroom wall and a starburst wrapper on the floor and neither were from me.

I liked the kitchen. Also liked the rate.
Didn’t like the location and them having no pool or breakfast.

Wanted a place that was close to Signature Theatre, needed a microwave & fridge, and this was perfect. There's tons of food options around. Staff was nice. There are a lot of amenities that we didn't get the chance to take advantage of, but I think it's great that they have them. If I'm in the area again would probably rebook.
I was a little concerned for the front desk staff at night because of where the entrance is located, it feels as though someone could just walk up on them by surprise if they had bad intentions. Hopefully there was security somewhere I couldn't see that protects them.

Room smelled stale floor was sticky tub was slippery and I fell when I stepped in location was horrible there were holes in the curtains remote was sticky I guess I should have done more research and read some reviews before booking

Easy drive from downtown DC, for a decent price
Booked a king room that actually turned out to be a queen mattress slapped on top of two twin box springs, one nightstand was missing entirely, holes in the wall. Asked to swap rooms but they were fully booked. Room also had an odd odor I couldn’t quite put my finger on

The room amenities and layout were great. The bed was loved by the entire family! They were so comfortable and we all slept well. The hotel was quiet.
When leaving Sunday morning, there were delays with the people next door. They had cars parked on both sides of the street. They also had people in the road poorly directing traffic. It took 40 minutes to get to the main street to leave when it only took a few seconds to arrive the day before. After this experience, I would stay at this hotel again, but I would leave earlier to avoid that hassle again.

The room was just what we needed. Kitchenette and a place to eat in our room after a long day. It was hard to find rooms with two beds and a kitchenette, this hotel had them. No regrets on our choice.

the heater / AC did not work properly. The bed was WAY too soft, causing sore back. The location down at the end of a road was a little strange.

They didn’t clean the room even when we asked, one of the front desk ladies wouldn’t give us any towels. We had to move rooms bc the air wasn’t working

The family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was more than welcoming. Clean and quiet. The location was perfect as there were many of stores and restaurants! The staff was amazing and the kitchenette was the best of all. We loved the many options of dishes and cookware. You guys pretty much provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. And for that we give a 100 out of 100 ! Can’t wait to stay again.

Could have been cleaner, but it's only cleaned 1 time a week unless requested. There was no bathroom on main floor either. The glass shower door wouldn't stay shut. There was no oven in the kitchenette.

The staff was not polite. No shuttle as advertised, no extended parking as advertised, terrible surroundings.
