Mattress was slanted downward at the head of the bed. Couch was old and the cushions sank in when you sat on it. The AC had to be unplugged to stop cooling. There was no coffee available. No one was around in the early morning. The patio area had gardening supplies and a wheelbarrow full of weeds and soil.

It was close to the activity we wanted to use the next day. Photos appeared to represent a clean, family run property. We asked for two double beds and received them. Air conditioner worked. Cable worked.

Property is at best a $40 per night property. It is in significant disrepair. Far removed from the information on the internet, the property is neither quaint nor nostalgic. Door knob is loose. The room we were assigned was NOT Clean. Restroom sink and restroom floor is full of cracks and in need of replacement - a breeding ground for germs and microbials. Shower was either hot or cold - nothing in between. Bed springs were so noisy - they squeaked with every breath. We did not know until we arrived that part of the property is apparently being rented out to weekly patrons. There was a discomfort level with permanent clientele sitting outside of our room in chairs and smoking after midnight. I walked with a child through cigarette smoke to get from our car to our room. When we entered the room, there were food crumbs and food wrappers next to the bed from previous guests. We found a pool of standing water in what looked to be a drawer from an old refrigerator sitting in close proximity of our door that is breeding mosquitos. Several trash cans on the property were filled to overflowing. Worst of all, we caught bed bugs in the trap we placed on the bed closest to the window. All of our clothing is going in the trash when we get home.

Friendly staff, newer shower, no carpet, clean linens, convenient stop.

Old stained loveseat, dirty floors that seemed clean until I wiped up a a bit of water and paper towel was black. Room was spacious but the entrance to room was was where landscaping tools and stained swing seat were stored.

The bed. Way over priced for the quality of the room. Didn’t have hot tub like they advertised.

Over all the room was nice.

There was a leak from the skyline over our bed towards the end of our stay. There was a individual who called the police on us for loud music and bumping which was not cool. When the officer arrive we were watching TV with volume at a reasonable level and told the officer that we have a 4 and a 3 year old that we are doing our best to entertain, but they are children so it's not much that we could do to stop them from wanting to play. The officer gave us her card and left without incident. When checking out we discovered that the other individual had called the police on several other residents as well which was not okay, so that was the only thing that put a damper on the Holiday weekend.

The bed was broken and sunk in I could barely walk the next day due to pain.I asked to please get us another room to be comfortable but they refused to help it give my money back.not satisfied at all.staff was very rude!!never going back

Rooms were over-priced and not very nice looking. Bed were uncomfortable. Wife definitely left Jewelry in the room. Managers showed little or no concern, and took their time investigating. Then they simply said that the maids did not see anything. Now someone took that jewelry ( very sentimental gifs from wife’s mother. We should have just called the police, but seems the same outcome would prevail.
