Front desk Mandy was awesome!

Bed was a bit hard

Not a fan. Won’t stay at another comfort inn.

The hallways and rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The beds were lacking comfort.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no good place to take your dog to relieve itself. All rocks or pavement which was too hot for their paws. Recommend making a nice spot for pets outside.

The reception staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.

There was a creepy guy probably 50 checking out my teen daughter's in the pool and then the next day during breakfast

We chose this location as we were passing through and needed a quick breakfast before getting back on the road. The breakfast area was basically still closed off for Covid and they had 1 person grabbing food for everyone. There was a large group ahead of us and they were all getting pancakes/waffles.....each person was over 3 minutes. We ended up leaving as a result. We also had a pretty good stain on one of the bed sheets.

The size of the room and availability to the highway.

The breakfast was horrible the man would not let anyone make their own. He said he wanted to keep it clean. Expecting everyone to tip him. We had to wait 45 min to get our food. Which he was touching with no gloves. Then sprayed disinfectant all over our food and ignored us when we asked not to spray it. Another lady came in he let her make her own plate because” she was there earlier “ I was extremely disappointed over the way breakfast was ran. The front desk clerk was rude. We went to swim. He came down and stood at the door watching us treating us like children as we sat in the hot tub. We felt stalked. Don’t do this you can’t do that. We were just trying to set there.
