The air conditioner was just ok. I had no problem with the level of coolness but my husband had a hard time getting to sleep until the air conditioner worked for a few hours to cool the room down. We were in an upstairs room.

Great location with a beautiful backyard where they had everything to entertain.

Highway was right next to the location so it was a bit loud.

She met us at the property to collect the keys when we walked in. It was short and sweet and to the point and that was great. She was super friendly and accommodating! A great host. The outdoor section is absolutely beautiful! It seems great for families and friends or even a wedding party. There's a gas fire pit, lots of games, a beautiful garden. Absolutely stunning. We enjoyed drinking tea near the fire on an evening after visiting the Luray Caverns and brining out our inner child taking turns on the tree swings followed by card games. SO much fun.

It was much smaller than we thought. There is a plastic pull door separating rooms and I think that should have been displayed in the pictures (no real door). You can hear everything in the next room (not great for couples) and they have to walk through your room to go to the bathroom. Again, not great for privacy. There are also no hallways. There are just two rooms with a door opening to the first room (remodeled livingroom) and a sliding plastic curtain to another room with the couch, twin beds and tv. Luckily we are close friends, so we made due with the very imitate space, but I believe the photos should show the entire layout of the houses more.

The pictures showed there was a small kitchen but the room we got did not have it.

The location of this inn was beautiful, we were very close to the downtown area, and less than 20 minutes away from Bryce Resort, where we were skiing. The background scenery was beautiful, and the room we stayed in was well decorated and cozy. The shower was small, and the room itself was pretty small as well, but it gave it a more cozy feel. There was a TV with free movies, as well as Netflix you could sign into if you wanted. The driveway had multiple parking spots, and there was room for four guest cars in the driveway itself as far as we could tell. There was also a big backyard area with a firepit, swing set, and yard games that we did not take advantage of but looked super cute. During our stay, the temperature dropped below freezing, but the space heater in our room kept the room plenty warm. When we arrived, the host met us at the front door and personally showed us to our room. She was very sweet and accommodating and we felt right at home during our stay here. Definitely recommend staying at the inn instead of a chain hotel for a more at home feel with a personal touch and a beautiful view.

Since the facilities are older, if we wanted to use the microwave or blow dryer, we would have to unplug the heater to not blow a circuit, and we had to keep the sink on a little bit so the pipes would not freeze. This was no problem for us, and was all explained very clearly at the start.
