cheap, clean , good location

people constantly talking outside my room when they got back from their night out and no staff to ask them to keep it down so had to do this myself three times.

The room was really nice, bright and cosy with nice decor. All was very clean Bed was comfy Kitchen facilities were also clean and had tea, coffee, sugar, milk, kettle, cups, bowls, glasses, plates, spoons, forks, and knives. This is our 4th stay and would deffinatly stay again. Hopefully, next time will be when the bar and restaurant are opened. Thank you for a very nice stay we will see you again.

Nothing everything was great

Clean, well cared for, seemed new paint. Friendly and helpful reception. As advertised. Kitchen facilities were very handy.

Front entrance, from back alley, is a bit off putting for two women travelling alone and arriving at night. Not quite the same as the photo.

staff was nice, bathroom was clean

it has a hostel feel to the hotel the bed was uncomfortable and you could hear everything people were so loud, hardly slept. it could be more modernised, maybe have your own kettle etc.

Very convenient to Darlington rail station - only short walk. Stayed night before Great North Run & got train in morning - worked well. Small kitchen to make cuppa & fridge for breakfast items, Sainsburys Local across road & takeaways on street outside & another short walk to restaurant complex. Proprietor very friendly ensuring had access when arriving in evening.

Close to the railway station and the Hippodrome theatre. I travelled to attend a concert at the Hippodrome so it was ideal.
