the property is very nice! There are plenty of fountains, a nice pool and hot tub area. Nice outdoor seating.

Could've used some towels at the pool.

The location was great, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious!

The beds were stiff and hard. Also, the main window has shutters that let in all the lights. The lights surrounding our room were so bright and there was no way to close the blinds anymore. It was still very bright in our room.

Very nicely appointed room. Bed was very comfortable, spacious accommodations and friendly staff. Be glad to stay here again.

Restaurant was being renovated but plenty of nearby restaurants.

I was was pleasantly surprised with the coffee. My family enjoyed the breakfast except the plain eggs were just that. Plain. They would have liked to see more of a variety like waffles and more cut fruit. Otherwise, it was good. All the staff were always busy resupplying the buffet and keeping it clean, all while being very friendly too.

The floors in our room were dirty like they hadn't been cleaned in a while so we asked housekeeping to come in and mop but they still seemed dirty to us. Then, some of the guests near our room wouldn't use the designated smoking areas and would smoke right outside their rooms, which was unpleasant.

Location was a convenient halfway point on our way back from Ventura to the Burbank airport. The courtyard was nice and we were able to eat breakfast outside. If we stayed again I would opt for a courtyard room. The staff was helpful and nice at both check-in and check-out!

I wish that there had been blackout blinds. Our room had inner shutters which didn't block out a ton of light, I had an eye mask which I would recommend to other travelers. A little more water pressure in the shower would have also been a huge plus.

Gorgeous grounds, gardens and pool area. Beautiful lobby. very clean.

The only negative might be that there didn’t seem to be any valet service or help with luggage carts. we had to park and go get the luggage cart. But when we left, someone did happen to be by elevator on first floor and took luggage cart back for us. when I asked at check in I was directed to luggage carts outside lobby but no help was offered.

Everything was very clean and properly maintained throughout the hotel. They did have some construction going on but still plenty of parking and only a slight inconvenience since are room was next to where the construction was at.

Staff were friendly, complimentary guest parking, clean/active pool area. The main positive was that the room was large with the seating area near the entry, overall finishes of the room were nice but cleanliness was an issue.

AC unit kept leaking inside our unit, some of our items got wet. Bathroom layout extremely awkward and uncomfortable (the door to the water closet was in front of the sink - got hit in the back multiple times with the door knob while washing hands. Very difficult for two people to use different areas of the bathroom at the same time which is not ideal). Difficult to flush the toilet, the water filled slow and you had to hold down to flush - sometimes we had to flush multiple times and we had to wait for the water tank to refill which was annoying. Honestly the biggest compliant about the overall cleanliness was hair in the shower, on the wall near the nightstand, and in the freshly made upon bed when we arrived. Not a great way to start our stay, also there were cobwebs and dead spider in the corner of the room - looked as though it had been there for a while. Complimentary breakfast was flavourless and very plain compared to equivalent star rated/price hotels that we've been to on this trip in California - not impressed.

They had a nice selection for breakfast. Everything was well laid out and the room was very clean and pleasant.

The breakfast was good and the location was great with several store and restaurants nearby. The grounds are beautiful. Too cold to use the pool but it looked beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable.

I wish there had been more variety in the breakfast. It was exactly the same every day. Some healthier options would have been appreciated- fruit, yogurt. Had to go to the grocery to get those. Also there was not enough seating in the breakfast room as it was too cold to sit outside.

Accomodations were nice.

Very noisy until late at night until early morning.

The room is nice and clean. The breakfast was great as well. No complains! I would definitely go back.

Spacious room with all the basics you could want or need, sliding door between bathroom area and bedroom area, the pool/hot tub, and basic (but free) morning breakfast.

Had to clean the fridge myself and room service only replaced trash bins and did not take obviously used/discarded towels. Other than that, hotel staff was great.
