My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and very well kept. We had exceptional responsiveness from the property managers with regards to snow removal and assistance on a few maintenance issues. When we return to Breckenridge we will look to stay in this house again! I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

The setting was wooded and quiet, and we saw a bear lumber by from the kitchen window, which delighted the two older kids. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time at this place. There are no complaints our end. The drive into town was short. If you go the speed limit, it only takes 5-10 minutes and you’re in the heart of Breckinridge. The layout of the house was great and super clean! Has everything you need! Both adults and children loved it. Can’t wait to come back!!! We made so many wonderful memories!!

Outstanding, easy to find, close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of room for all. Very well appointed with everything we needed. Great property. Our family had a great time, ages from 2 to 76. Loved Breckenridge area. Plenty to do for all ages. Would go back in a heartbeat!

This is a great house. Hot tub did not work. Location is a little further than anticipated, but that's not the fault of the house...enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this home again.

We thought the place was perfect, had everything we needed . So clean and very well kept. We had enough room to share the best vacation with our family. Thanks for having this house for us to rent. LIFE IS TOO SHORT, TAKE VACATIONS!

House was roomy, updated and in excellent working condition. We were 8 guys and we played in the snow, cooked all our meals in house and had a great time. We had everything we needed

The home is located just a short drive from Breckenridge. The home is more expansive than the listing suggests and is plenty big for a large family or two small families.

Six retired gals from Kansas were excited about staying in this beautiful house. The only problem was the fact that it is very high, 11000 ft and one of us did have to use oxygen. The welcome basket and the cleanliness of the house were just as advertised and it is a great place for a few days in the mountains. The one problem we encountered was taken care of immediately. If altitude is not a problem you will love this house and we recommend it.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and accommodated our group of 13 very well. I hope to stay at this house in the future to make it into a tradition. Checking in and out were a breeze. I never had to talk to the property manager except by email. Everything as far as dishes, silverware and coffee pot were provided. When we pulled into the driveway for the first time we were greeted by a deer. Loved the house! Would stay again!

The house was very comfortable and the bedrooms were laid out well for a large family, providing privacy for everyone. It is a beautiful home with truly a mountain cabin feel. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and a close drive to Breckenridge and trails. When we arrived my 4 year old granddaughter ran from room to room shouting "this house is amazing" (My only disappointment was that I thought we were going to be more secluded. We had 2 homes within view and were closer to the road that I thought so heard some car noise while sitting on deck. ) However, we would definitely rent the home again. It was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and we had no issues. It was also great having a washer and dryer. We had a great family vacation and the house worked out perfect for us.

Check in was easy along with talking to the property manager and the place is very nice with a wonderful view but, The altitude was a serious problem for me and guest, the place was very dry, hot and know Air condition to help keep guest comfortable. I couldn’t sleep because I woke up In a panic trying to catch my breathe due to the altitude , some guest throw up because their nausea was that bad. Also on top of it our bed sheets were dirty, with no replacement sheets The next morning after our first stay, my wife noticed spots on the bed sheets (small Unknown dark spot and a light orange stain) so the sheets weren’t clean but We washed the sheets with a washer/dryer at the location. Most of the basic hose hold supplies are available on hand such as pots, pans, coffee fiIters, dishes, silverware , spices, etc but we stayed about a week and had to buy replacement toilet paper not a major issue but A minor inconvenience. Also the propane tank was near empty for the outdoor fire place so we had to swap out the propane tank on the gas grill (which was close to empty) we didn’t grill so it wasn’t another major issue for us but could see how it would be if you wanted to grill. The elevation and altitude of this place didn’t work for me and some of my family, but the views and wild life were incredible near by, I observed first hand Two moose walked in the back yard (careful for children), deer and a fox. Neighbors are closer than the pictures make it appear. I felt better going to Breckinridge (so close and wonderful town) or other towns that we visited. My Complaint for summer users Is the location needs air condition or a bedside humidifier because it was so dry me and guests go nose bleeds and it made sleeping in this altitude impossible for a 2-3 days.

Fantastic house tucked away in the woods just 5-10 minutes from bust Breckenridge. This is a great house to host a family or friend event, room for everyone! All the bedrooms and common spaces are set up perfectly to make memories! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying in this very nice house in Blue River, just outside of Breckenridge (less than 10 minutes on a good road). We had 4 couples together, and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything was in good shape and clean, and a garage and hot tub made this extremely comfortable. We plan to stay here again next year.

A group of us stayed here for 3 nights. The goal was to get a lot of time together playing games, watching the basketball tournament, and making meals. The whole gathering was a huge success and this home was the perfect fit. All the beds were very comfortable.

Our time spent in this wonderful home in a fantastic location was awesome. This house was clean as a whistle with everything anyone could possibly need for a week skiing in Breckinridge! Well done.

In all we had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and staying at this property. Recommend if everyone in your group has no issues with a lot of stairs.

My girlfriends and I had the absolute best time during our stay! This house has the best location (10-15 minutes from downtown Breck), and has the most cozy/mountain feels. The house has plenty of room for a big party where you don't feel crowded, and honestly could not be a more perfect reunion and mountain getaway! I can say with confidence, we'll be back with our husbands to stay at this home shortly :)
