The Sea Latch Inn has a pool and no other amenities. Our room was clean and newly renovated except for the furniture. One of the managers explained they are putting new furniture in all rooms by summer. The price of the room is awesome for the view of the ocean and the close proximity to the beach and village. If you want a hotel for all the amenities, you will pay a much higher price. All people at the front desk were helpful and courteous and were accommodating for our needs. There are many restaurants within walking distance, it is worth the walk along the beach to get to them.

The remodeled part of the property was beautiful and it had lots of parking. The location is prime for watching the sunrise!

the cottage(10) we stayed in definitely needed some upgrades. I wish they served coffee in the morning.

The location was extra,and we plan to return next year depending conditions.

Great location.

A 2 bedroom cottage booked for 3 people. Although there was a kitchen there was no kettle .. no saucepans or frying pans. only 2 knives and 2 forks… and so cramped, absolutely nowhere to sit anyway. Bathroom very tired and shower not good. Venetian blinds throughout but v dirty!

ocean right across the street, and the staff were very nice.

we stayed in the older rooms, carpet was stained, tub had cracks and handle in shower was broken. sign in room stated we were responsible for cleaning dishes and silverware, no products to do so with. walls thin and could hear everything on the other side. Our room shook when the other guests walked in their room. our tv wouldn’t work, maintenance fixed it, but the remote would only work the up & down channel buttons. we left it on the entire time.

the property is beautiful however, my family and I were put in “The Barn” for our 1 night stay. this felt like the opening scene from a horror movie. all the blinds were broke. the front door would not stay locked. while the family was upstairs in the bedroom, my husband was downstairs in the bathroom and someone knocked on the bathroom door inside the house. none of us were downstairs. the front door was unlocked after this. There was also a strange man in the parking lot staring into the upstairs window. he was there for at least an hour. we did not feel safe and we left at midnight.

everything!!!! we did not feel safe and when we tried to reach the “Contact” number, no one answered and the voicemail was full. we tried for an hour to reach someone to see if they would move us to the main building that you see in the advertised picture.

my room had food leftovers and old coffees in the fridge from the last tenants. the tables were a little dirty which made me wonder if they ever cleaned the room at all but the bed looked fine and the trash was empty.

Lack of any heat. We stayed in early October. I must have missed the fine print when booking that our rooms (the ones toward the back of the property) are seasonal, hence no thermostat installed to control the temperature. Our rooms were probably in the low 50s at night. No lightbulb in one of the bedroom lamps. For the warmer months, I noticed one room had an AC unit in the window. The other room had a floor fan. Now I know why we received a good price.

Great proximity to the beach and other attractions. we had a two bedroom cottage that was perfect for three people.

if you stay in the cottages in the fall I would definitely recommend bringing extra blankets as it was a bit chilly.

I was mislead the ads about the room I was staying and ended up old place.the blinds and shades needed to be replaced. ac should’ve removed . it was so freezing cold and blankets were so thin! never go back there again

Location was great, Room had obviously been recently upgraded. Loved the butlers pantry area with mini frig, microwave, sink, dishes, coffee maker. Shower was perfect for mobility-limited.

The only chair in the room was for the desk area, and otherwise we had to sit on the beds, but a minor inconvenience.

Staff was exceptional. I needed very early check in to go to a wedding and they were so accommodating. Location is great. Price is fair. Rooms are clean. It’s a great place to stay.

Room was clean, location quite until motorcyclist decided to rev repeatedly just to warm up bikes at 6am. Being a rider myself I know there is no mecahnical need for this! It might be a good idea to stress to these folks when they check in about noise level expectations during quiet hours.

We were dissapointed that the pictures on your website were not an accurate representation of the room we rented. It turned out to be in a whole different building than what was pictured and clearly and older builder.
