2nd year staying here and everything was perfect. Clean. Thoughtful supplies provided such as dish soap and fresh dish sponge, shampoo, tissue boxes. Appreciate that the house was ready by check-in time. Appreciate the snow plow service in the driveway the morning after it snowed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My friend and I decided to plan a New Years Eve trip to Lake Tahoe with our families (we each have three boys) and from the initial photos and booking through the duration of our stay, we had a wonderful experience! All questions were answered in a timely manner and everything about how to enter and leave the home was spelled out. The location was great and while we didn’t have much snow, we enjoyed the lake view from the family room, enjoyed some brief snow flurries the first morning and were able to take a quick adventure to Incline Village and Truckee. I loved the size of the dining room table because several other homes have a standard four person table and we had ten people total so it was very helpful. It was nice having all the kitchen utensils needed to cook up some delicious meals. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who likes their space (four rooms and 8 beds total!) wants that secluded feel, but still within minutes of civilization. I would definitely book this home again if we were going to come back to Lake Tahoe!

I had a good time there with my friends, but the owner appears to be too strict and protective of her property, which is fine, but that has made us incredibly uncomfortable staying here understanding that if something slightly messed up, we would be held accountable.

Right off the main drive the place was easy to find, simple to check into and as described.

This rental isn't the newest nor the fanciest, but we were pleasantly surprised how well it fit our needs. It had enough beds, was closely located to a Lake Tahoe beach, was clean, and was very homey. Written instructions were a little confusing, and there was no soap or shampoo provided, but for the price, we were happy with our stay.

The property was as expected and like the listing shows. We do wish it had a few items more updated like linens. But overall a good stay!

Great place to be for a summer rental and it was so close to ball fields for our sons baseball tournament. Owner was easy to communicate with and we had a blast at the public beach.

What a great house, great location and great person to deal with. Could not of been better, nicer than described. and will definitely rent again. Great value . Great location.

We enjoyed our time in Tahoe at this house! Everyone in my family—from ages 1 to 89—was comfortable and slept well. The large living space was great for evening chats, as was the comfortable back deck. The wooded neighborhood is beautiful, and we took walks around the forest. It's close to several great beaches!

First staying up inTahoe for a White Christmas. Our stay was fantastic! Definitely staying here again.

We were very happy with the house. It was nice and clean, very comfortable, and felt like home. The location is perfect. The lake is within walking distance and the stores are just a short drive away. We already talked about going back in the summer.

Highly recommend this property, it was perfectly located and very cozy! The View from the back porch is so beautiful!

Property was perfect for our party of 5 with lots of room, house was great and only one mile from baseball tournament at North Tahoe Regional Park. House was well stocked and has a great new BBQ where you can BBQ and see the lake through the trees on the back deck. Michelle the owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Nice little cabin for 2 families. 1 family stayed upstairs with a bathroom and beds and we stayed downstairs with beds and a bathroom. Nice patio deck, needs a little work but nice and relaxing. Was a little warm but plenty of fans were provided so it was nice and cool by bed time.. Overall it was a good experience.

Nice quiet home a short walk from the beach and Safeway. Parts have obviously been renovated other areas need some work but overall a nice convenient place.

The property’s location is convenient to King’s Beach which is within walking distance, as well as to Truckee and Tahoe City. The house is very dated in terms of decor, style and furnishings. As others mention, the cleanliness could be much better. There are stains in the carpet, dirty window screens, and the house could use a good deep clean. We had to clean the outdoor furniture before using them. There were rodent droppings in one of the window’s sills. One of the cutting boards had been stored and was not washed which made me skeptical of everything else in the kitchen. It missed some very basic necessities that other hosts offer with their properties: bath soap and/or body wash, hand soap and face cloths.

The location is perfect. It's a 5 minute walk to the lake, 15 minute drive to the river for fishing, rafting and kayaking and a 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Management is very responsive too.

Was easy to contact her, most important gave ethereal instructions how and what she expected from our stayed the cabin was fantastic and most importantly my family enjoyed the stayed

Location was stellar, and the house was great but it got really hot during the day and the upstairs doesn’t really cool off until past midnight. There were some fans around but I’m not sure they did a ton. But this place is super close to the water, which is where we went to cool off

Michelle was kind enough and got us in early on check in day. We were in town for a family gathering and a wedding and needed extra time to get us all ready. The house accommodated us nicely.

Overall house worked great for my family. Great location and all bathrooms and kitchen have been nicely updated.

After long time my family and my children went to the Lake Tahoe and they enjoyed.

The house was amazing -- our kids (and teens) were enamored with the mountain feel of it. Gorgeous views, amazing location. All of the beds were incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed our relaxing getaway.

The house it self was nice, cleanness can be improved, the garage door does not stay up my husband had to place something to hold it up, it also needs to be cleared out to fit 2 cars without trying to move stuff around, the up stairs rooms would benefit from a up dated tv. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen is very specious and has all cook ware.

Michelle always responds in a timely manner and the house is in a prime location near the lake! It is only 15 minutes to Northstar, Safeway is around the corner from the property, and there is plenty of parking in the driveway. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable spot close to Northstar with plenty of room for a large 10-person party.
