Very friendly people, great value for money. Lovely breakfast and good recommendation for evening meal. Highly recommend.

A bit tricky to find in the dark, other that that the place was perfect for my needs.

The staff is very kind and makes you feel at home. Delicious and rich breakfast. The room is very spacious and clean. There is parking. Excellent location, fifteen minutes drive to Plitvička.

One problem with the place is that there is no hot watet at night

Lovely place! Mariana the host was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was also good. The location is great, just a 12 minute drive from the entrance to Plitvice lakes.

The Mountain house was beautifull cozy and pictoresque! The family staff was awesome. The room was very clean and quiet.

We just stayed for the night on our way to the lakes but wished we would've stayed longer. Marija, the host was lovely and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The room was quite nice, spacious and had a little balcony with a beautiful view. Is quite close to Plitvice entrace n. 1 and since we didn't have a car and wanted to get there early in the morning (when no buses where available) Marija's husband took us with the car at a very affordable price. If we ever come back we definitely staying at house Zupan again.

a vey cozy place to stay in and room is very comfortable to stay . very close to Plitvicka jezera by car (around 10-15 mins) the only thing you dont see the sign if you drive from Plitvicka jezera direction so i can't really find the way to the house. besides of this. room is very clean and cozy to stay!

Room was a little quaint, and had to watch my head, but it was full of character. Not really a bad point, more of an observation

Marija was a very friendly host, with great communication. She is very helpful, gave us ideas and tips for our holiday. The accomodation is in a very good neighbourhood, bar, restaurant and grocery store in a few minutes by walk. The place is clean, cozy and 100% baby friendly.

We had a nice room upstairs with a large balcony and sitting area. We used the balcony to read in the evening after dinner and enjoy a crisp glass of white wine the owner brought us both afternoons. It was such a pleasant way to end a warm day. The owner was very friendly and helpful with information, including good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was abundant and good: eggs, meats, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, coffee, tea. There was enough for us to make a sandwich for lunch and take an apple. We'd stay there again.

We arrived quite late, little bit after midnight. Despite of this the welcome was very friendly. The accomodation was perfect and the breakfast was really delicious. Everything was fine. I recommend them and whenever we come back again would not hesitate to come here again. Thank you. Ps. The omelette and the strudel stuffed with quark was sooo good:)

The host was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding. She encouraged us to make sandwiches for our lunch. Couldn't have been nicer. Location is anout 12 kilometers from Plitvice entrance. Very good restaurant nearby. Setting is idyllic
