Everything was OK.

Hotel employees are absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service, very helpful and lovely people. Very good food, good variety, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables available every day. Location is very good, only few minutes walk to the beach. Lovely cafés nearby.

Breakfast was satisfactory as they consistently kept the food offerings well-stocked. The variety of food was standard, covering the expected range. Additionally, the room and toilet were clean, meeting our expectations. Inside the room, there was a small functional fridge, although it was empty and lacked any products.

The room was excessively small and inadequately lit. The quality of the room facilities was noticeably outdated. Furthermore, throughout the night, there was persistent noise from antiquated air conditioning units outside. Despite booking a triple room, we were assigned a cramped and outdated room meant for two occupants. The food quality was average, leaning towards being basic. Regrettably, our room offered views of dilapidated rooftops.

Good Wifi, room size, bath, WC. All working good. 2 min to the beach. Good breakfast and dinner. Very quiet area.

Fantastic location, close to a nice beach. Many eating options and grocery stores within 5 minute walk. Good price for the room. Rooms were large and clean

Breakfast was the worst I have had for a while. Basically the equivalent of a cheap continental breakfast. Lines for juice and hot beverages took 10 minutes. The hotel has a parking lot, but it was locked forcing guests to park on the road surrounding the hotel. Rooms were old. Air conditioning is turned off after 6pm because according to staff "it is cooler outside anyway". Had to leave the balcony door open all night. Room didn't cool off until after midnight, and street noises from surrounding neighborhood was persistent all night long.

check in and 99% of staff were friendly. Room cleaned every day. And last day we were awaiting taxi at 7.40 and thru said go and get some breakfast, opened up for us which was excellent.

We had 5 young children, they required a pool..25/26 degrees, it wasnt open. Air con not working in all our 3 rooms. Now for thre worst, girl at bar served an Estrella with a chip of glass missing. She had noticed it on opening. I said can i have a replacement please aa i felt a sliver of glass. She refused saying that there was nothing wrong. I said nicely it is broken glass and nobody should drink from it. I said , look I need a replacement.She got angry opened up a new one and demanded 2 Euros. I was astounded, said keep them both AND , never purchased anything else from that hotel. An utter disgrace expecting someone to drink from a broken bottle. It was sharp aswell

Hotel was clean and near to beach. Staff was very friendly. Lots of options in food. My kids really enjoyed the pool.

There is a few meters slope, so was bit difficult to push stroller up to Hotel. Otherwise location is really good.

We stayed here 3rd time already. The most beautiful thing about this hotel is the sea view. It's absolutely worth to pay extra for it. Also you can get a full board for the very reasonable price. Beach nearby is really close and it's so big, that even during season peak there were plenty of space. I hardly recall such thing somewhere else. Such combination makes our stay here really outstanding. Also, due to some emergency just before our stay we had to cut off 3 days and leave earlier than we booked. Hotel helped us to manage our booking on the spot despite the fact, that due to high season it was not possible to do via booking.com website and even their support was not able to help. So, it's really appreciated.

As we visited this hotel first time 4 years ago from the date of this review and even then it was really 'tired'. Since then nothing really changed. It looks like the hotel does not spend anything on renovation, which is really needed. Also, with all our respect, this time we got worse room than it was before. They have the same price for smaller and more tired rooms and for more spacious and newer rooms, so each time it's a kind of lottery which one you get. But on the other hand I understand that it was high season and they had nearly 100% occupancy.

The staff was friendly, the beach was close there was a lot of food, including fruit for all meals. Cocktails were excellent too.

Everything is mediocre and cheap - food quality could have been better, beds are old and uncomfortable, foyer has outdated furniture, disco was the same every day. This is not a 4 star hotel.

The restaurant staffs were so nice and welcoming us anytime they see us.

1-The food wasn't good without taste as before was so delicious and fresh....the kids they don't like it at all so most of the time.i was taking the kids to eat out I payed 2000£ for 9 night full board...for me is expensive at what i was expected 2- swimingpool was a bit dirty on edges inside is stiqui...sometimes we found some vomits. 3- the linen of the rooms need to be change i have pictures of our stay in the hotel on 2008..2011..2013...2015...2018.. same ones...😏.My kids were😏

Neighbours smoking on a balcony all around, even though smoke is prohibited in a hotel. Room is full of smoke. No help from staff. No beach equipment for rental :(

Was good food,clean and good location

Not enough entertainments, the tea 🍵 or hot drinks wish to have evening too, was only morning .

I only used it as a base so didn't try the pool.

It was so noisy. I was second floor and the music was vibrating furniture until midnight each night.
