I can only highly recommend this apartment. It is well situated in Lenno, not far from Belagio so it is peaceful and relaxing. The apartment is spacious and have luxurious amenities. We loved our stay. We took a drive to Como one day but I would have rather opted to stay in this peaceful surrounds. Good restaurants in the area and a supermarket close by.

We really enjoyed the stay. The view is brilliant, the house clean, the garden fantastic. We also enjoyed the private jacuzzi and pool! We always got very quick answers, the owners are very friendly. The house is nicer than showed on the pictures. finding the house with the indicated address was a little bit tricky :-) thanks a lot for this great possibility.

Gorgeous spot on the west side of lake como, near town of Lenno. Garden overlooking the lake could not be more beautiful. House is great. Location near lenno very convenient for ferry, shops etc. Nicoletta and husband were very communicative and super helpful. Highly recommend staying at their house, we had a spectacular week!

Super net en mooi vakantiehuis, veel beter nog dan op de foto’s, nieuwe keuken, nieuwe zithoek, buiten een lounge bank en beneden bij het zwembad een overdekt zitgedeelte. Grote klasse! En dan heb ik het nog niet over het uitzicht gehad, adembenemend. De eigenaar heeft ons heel erg vriendelijk ontvangen en de beheerster reageerde vriendelijk en direct op alle vragen.

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche sehr genossen. Das Haus, der Pool, der Jacuzzi, die Aussicht waren perfekt für uns. Die Ruhe haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Gewürze, Folien usw.). Sogar eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles. Gerne empfehlen wir das Ferienhaus weiter!

Emplacement dans les hauteurs, nécessitant une voiture. 5-10 minutes pour aller sur les villes voisinnes des berges du lac. Vue exceptionnelle. Toutes commodités à moins de 15 min de voiture (supermarché, marché, bons restaurants, pizzerias). Villa agréable avec grande piscine, jacuzzi couvert avec vue, cuisine équipee et 2 chambres dont 1 avec vue. Propreté et entretien. Des équipements (passage ménage jardinage et pksciniste 1x par semaine). Communication facile et agréable avec les propriétaires, accueil en personne.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind prima. Bei der Anreise sind die engen Gassen zu berücksichtigen. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Bei uns war leider die Spülmaschiene demoliert aber funktionstüchtig. Der Bungalow ist für 4 Personen ideal, da jedes Pärchen sein eigenes Bad hat. Die Begrüßung mit Wein und frischem Obst ist sehr aufmerksam. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool und das Jaccuzi einfach Traumhaft !!! Vom Haus aus kann man wunderbare Motorrad Touren am Comer See starten. Autan ist sehr empfehlenswert;-) Der Urlaubsabschluß wurde ein wenig getrübt, als wir am Vorabend um 20.30Uhr die Nachricht erhielten, das wir bis 7.00 Uhr aus dem Haus sein mussten. Das warf die Abendplanung etwas über den Haufen. Am Abreisemorgen wurden wir um 5.30 Uhr!! per WhatsApp geweckt, ob die Abreise um 6.45 Uhr klappt... Lag aber daran, das wir Mittwochs abreisten. Wir hätten uns nur früher gerne darauf eingestellt. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlentswert, da man seine Ruhe hat und einen wunderbaren Ausblick genießen kann und die Kombination Pool und Jacuzzi ist unbezahlbar - TOP

Wat een prachtig huis met een mooie tuin met zwembad en jacuzzi. De stevige bedden en de airco zorgden ervoor dat we heerlijk konden slapen. De omgeving is ook prachtig!

Wer im Urlaub nach Ruhe sucht und seine Privatsphäre schätzt, der findet dies hier. Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Blick vom Anwesen aus über den Comersee ist wunderbar. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich am Berg und die Straße zum Haus hin ist steil und recht eng. Zu Fuß benötigt man in den Ort etwa 20 Minuten. Es ist in jedem Fall ratsam und günstig, mit dem Auto anzureisen. Die Gegend ist weit weg vom Massentourismus, was wir sehr begrüßt haben. Wir haben niemanden getroffen, der deutsch gesprochen hat, was uns nicht gestört hat. Es ist in jedem Fall günstig, wenn man ein wenig italienisch bzw.. englisch sprechen kann. Im Dorf gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei und einen Lebensmittelmarkt. Auch einige gute Restaurants findet man in der Umgebung. Empfehlenswert ist es, eigene Handtücher einzupacken, da diese während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt wurden.

Jederzeit wieder. Einzigartige Lage und Blick auf den See, tolles Haus. Toller Pool. Wir haben uns rundrum wohlgefühlt.

This home far exceeded our expectations - I should mention that my husband and I typically stay in nice hotels so are probably pickier than most :). Here is what you need to know: 1. The home is very well-maintained and clean. The low-profile beds were surprisingly comfortable. The home has its own gated parking right at the house, too. We loved using the pool and hot tub after long days of exploring. The air conditioning was also great! 2. The host and manager were helpful - they provided information on the local area and we had fresh fruit and wine waiting for us - very thoughtful. 3. The location is great. Location was very important to us - we wanted to be central to explore all of the towns with ease. This home is in between Tremezzo and Lenno so the ferry access from either town is excellent. Furthermore, it is only a 10 minute walk down to the lake in Lenno. 4. It is important to mention that spectacular, unobstructed views means pretty steep roads -- we only walked back up to the home once. It is very steep so we highly recommend that you have a small or mid-sized automatic car - a car was essential for our stay. 5. My only recommendation would be to see if they can provide more towels for your stay. We had one large towel for each of us and would have liked one for pool/hot tub and one for the shower. 6. The pictures truly do not do its justice. The views from the balcony, hot tub, pool/yard, etc were incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

Haben uns ab der ersten Minute im Urlaub gefühlt. Sehr schönes Haus mit gigantischer Aussicht. Auch für unseren Vierbeiner war der Garten toll. Jederzeit wieder......sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten auf schöne Herbstferien gehofft und durften einen traumhaften Urlaub erleben. Das Haus, der Garten, die Umgebung... wir haben alles in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr, sehr nett und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

"Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés pendant ce jour tant pour le lieu que la qualité de l''hébergement. Tout était vraiment parfait ! Très calme, propre et charmant ! L''accès via la greenway (voie piétonne) à l''embarcadère de Lenno est rapide, une quinzaine de minutes, si bien que nous nous sommes peu servi de la voiture. La pente étant raide mieux vaut être en bonne forme ! "

Le jacuzzi est très agréable, avec une vue directe sur le lac. L''environnement est très calme (pas de bruit depuis le jardin et la villa). La location est située dans un endroit idéal pour visiter le lac de côme (Bellagio, Menaggio, Côme, Varenna, les villas autour du Lac,...) et la Suisse (Lugano,...) en voiture et/ou bateau. Très bon accueil de part de la propriétaire, sympathique, serviable et discrète. Parle très bien le français. Nous conseillons vivement cette location de rève."

"Het huis was super mooi en zeer compleet. Prachtig zwembad en een geweldig uitzicht naar de overkant van het meer. Wel moeilijk bereikbaar voor mensen die niet zo goed ter been zijn, alles moet dan met de auto en de weg naar boven is zeer smal."
