Booked this apartment, then on collection of the keys was told it was unavailable as it was damaged so we were given another apartment. The apartment was impossible to find not showing on Google maps we then had to wait over 40 mins to get help from the staff when we eventually got to the apartment it was dirty , there were wires hanging out of the walls , the light switch in the toilet was hanging off , overall just awful no somewhere you would willingly stay ! On top of all of that, the walls are very thin and you could hear everything in the next apartment. Complained to the company and sent images of the damages they just said contact booking .com they were not interested in helping. If your thinking of booking DONT !!

Nothing!

all! No wifi! No warm system in winter (how should we take a shower?). Service for keys is not comfortable. Many things in the apartment are broken, including the "persiana" to go to the garden from the living room, so not possible to go. Bad service in general. Nothing in the kitchen for doing a pasta nor nothing...luckily had a my kettle with us.

The quiet location within a greener urbanization at the fringes of Natural Parc de la Serra d'Irta. The large swimming pool. The appartment's distant but beautiful view on the beach and white mountain appartments.

The floor hadn't been wiped (properly) before our arrival. The water kettle had apparently been turned off by previous guests and didn't get turned back on by the staff as they've concluded. We had found out about it while taking a slightly fresh summer shower. Bed sheets and towels were not included in the price. Checking-out time was relatively early. There was no dishwasher in the kitchen.

Location near Serra d’Erta National Park was excellent. There was both a bathroom & a shower room, so 2 loos. The apartment was very cheap, so good value despite its faults!

Previous visitors had put cutlery/crockery/glasses away unwashed & cleaners had not bothered to check. Whole apartment was not v clean (the shower room smelled of sewerage) & missing lots of essential basic items listed on inventory (iron, kettle, cutlery, glasses, etc.). We had our own kit, as we had been travelling for a couple of weeks, but otherwise we would have had to pay for towels! Check-in (in Peniscola town, several miles away) was a bureaucratic nightmare. We queued outside their tatty office on a hot, dirty street while they dealt officiously with each customer.

Location was quiet

The property did not provide what it said it would. They advertised facilities such as a pool that were not provided. The apartment had 2 beds and they only provided one set of sheets. Had to pay extra to be provided with towels. When these issues raised with the staff they just shrugged their shoulders. Had to post a security deposit that was not returned for nearly 1 week.
