washing machine would be nice in there. small milk with condiments for coffee would be nice.

It is a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 floors apartment in venice style (wonderful terazzo floor, Murano chandelier, furniturte fabrics and curtains in the same venice patterns ...) with a big kitchen to cook an eat together (6 adults). Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms an a medium size terrace. The 2 young women from the housekeeping service have been very helpful, have been available all day long and fixed a problem with the warm water in just no time. Chapeau! Location is 100m from the Rialto Vaporetto station. So it was very easy for use to go from Tronchetto car park via Vaporetto to Rialto station. Rialto bridge is 2 corners around and San Marco is a 10 minute walk.

Location was excellent, close to Ponte Rialto. Apartments were spacious with lot of natural light. Kitchen amenities were good.

Since the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, would have liked to have better cleaning supplies like a broom with a long handle or a vacuum cleaner.

we had to call the staff as we had a transportation issue leaving our previous location and they were super helpful the location was good but it was hard to find the room had everything we needed - it was very air bnb style (no breakfast) but it’s not a hotel

it was a little hot but opening the windows helped and it was a little tricky to find that’s all

The apartment was a decent size and had everything we needed for home away from home for a few nights. It allowed dogs (for extra charge). It's located in a very central and hopping part of town (good/bad thing).

Didn't like how unbearably hot it was inside. We were under the impression the place had air conditioning and as soon as we arrived we followed instructions to lower the temperature as it was very hot and were assured the temperature would cool down in a few hours it's not immediate. That was a lie... we found out half way in our stay after asking the onsite cleaning people if possibly pur air-conditioning in our room was not working and were told that the air-conditioning was turned off in the entire building because the outside temperature was lower now... even though I was told something completely different via the POC through messages in booking app. We folloqed the instructions on the wall information sheet about air-conditioning and were assured by POC that it was working and to just wait. The room in fact got hotter and after about 10 hours I couldn't take it and cracked open windows in the middle of the night around midnight. What a different nightmare that was... the noise of people in the streets due to the busy location the place is in and the attacking mosquitoes. My child and I are covered in mosquitoe bites from head to toe and quite literally after one night had small blood stain on the bed sheets from the shear amount of them that were in the room and attacking us while trying the sleep. Then you have all the drunks/late night party people in and outside the building being very loud in the middle of the night that it felt virtually impossible to get a good nights rest for the 4 nightsvwe stayed. The shower/tub combo was very small and that the ventilation doesn't work well as mildew is seen in a few areas of bathroom. The main room bed was extremely uncomfortable and we actually thought the pull out couch bed was more comfortable. Lastly, they only provided 4 nespresso caps for a room rented for 4 nights with multiple people.

It was difficult to get in contact with the people renting out the apartment. We ran into Leah who cleans the apartments and she helped us tremendously. We loved her she was amazing and so kind.

great location and clean. Had a 4kg washing machine which was good for a small load. It should have had satellite TV but we could not find it anywhere on the channels. There are two small lifts to get to the apartment. It was not noisy so a big tick.

very central very clean great for group

Nice roomy apartment which is hard to find in Venice. Clean, stylish and well equipped but not quite as grand and luxurious as some of the photos make out. Great location, close to all the main sights and just a couple of minutes walk from Rialto Bridge which is where the airport water bus drops off. Also pretty quiet in the apartment considering how busy the streets outside are.

Security could be improved as the main door doesn't close easily and we often found it left open. Otherwise great!

Good location

Difficult to find. Room did not look like the advertised photos. Elevator is small and had to take two different elevators to get to 3rd floor. Air conditioner didn’t work so had to leave windows open which allowed mosquitoes in. Bathroom ceiling had mold.
