Leaking at the window from the wall.

Room was so clean.... Highly recommended...

room was spacious and clean, bed was firm , good bed linen, good water pressure.just 5 mins away from the old part of town. good room with very reasonable pricing.

towels feel old. management was a bit inflexible - we had asked for an extra towel but they declined. And 30 mins before check out, they called to remind us to checkout. it was our first time there and it’s not like we overstayed before. it made me feel very unwelcome.

price is too high; by standard it is just a motel which is clean. no parking no security no breakfast no carpet . they use dogs as security. place is far from the central town. staffs were trained to collect all the guests’ IC and photocopied every single persons who is staying there!!! at check out, you are told to wait first before your cash deposit can be returned to you — so the staff cum the receptionist can go up and check the room. When asked what are you going to do with my photocopy ICs, the receptionist told it is for HR purpose ……….
