We (family of 4) enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful, comes fully equipped, it really has everything you need, and more. The location couldn’t be any better, close to two lifts, great restaurants (a very nice one at a two minute walk from the house!) and shops. The owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions (using Whatsapp) we had during the week. All in all a great experience!

The villa was perfect for our two families making the most of the beautiful Badia ski area with easy access to the stunning Sella Ronda in the heart of the Dolomites. The villa is very nicely furnished; modern and stylish with an open plan lay out that makes for a lovely, sociable and relaxing area after a hard day in the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Villa and can not fault it. We especially loved the close proximity to the ski slopes, a perfect ski-in/ski-out location.

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday based in Casa Zilli The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful location. We have already recommended it to friends and relatives.

Casa Zilli was just right right for our three generation family of six (grandparents, parents and two young teens.) The chalet has every amenity we needed including three bathrooms, a fully equipped laundry room, and a kitchen that felt like home -- also excellent wifi that worked for multiple simultaneous users. The two levels with two bedrooms up and two down ensure ensured adequate space and privacy while the open plan main floor is spacious and comfortable. (Note: It may be more challenging for a family with very young children because of the stairs and decor elements in the main room) La Villa doesn't have much of a village feel but it has everything needed including an excellent supermarket and every kind of shop from pastry to sports gear. The best thing about La Villa is its central access to a broad range of hiking locations with many lifts and refugios open for the summer season. A few more were scheduled to open July 1. Getting there is a bit of a challenge over serpentine roads (we came via Bolzano) but it is worth every kilometer. Lizzie and Ker provided everything we needed to plan and derive maximum pleasure from our trip. They couldn't control the weather but, after a long stretch of wet and cold weather with a forecast for more of the same for our week, the sun broke through 20 minutes after we arrived and never left for the entire week! So we thank them for that bonus as well.

This is a beautiful, comfortable home. Just have a few suggestions. Need a house number or Villa name on the house. The washer and dryer work very differently from those in the US. Please leave detailed instructions for how to use them for &#%*! Americans. The treats were lovely but a few bars of soap would be nice. These are some picky details- this truly is a wonderful home and we appreciate how responsive the owners were. Enjoyed our stay immensely!!

We stayed with 5 people. Provided a very comfortable base for cycling. Good beds, very nice bathrooms, cosy living and a big garage with enough space for our 10 bicycles.

The house is close to the Main Street with the grocery shop , pharmacy , bakery etc..very nicely decorated with wooden floors and rustic look. The garage was very useful to us to put our bycicles and everything related to cycling. We rented this house because we wanted space and privacy. We really enjoyed our stay , we also appreciated being in touch with the owner who responded very quickly to any question we had. This region of Italy is absolutely magnificent and the view of the mountains are incredible. We also did some hiking which provides a different look on the mountains. This was one of our most memorable cycling trip !

This is a fantastic place - the chalet is beautiful, well equipped and very clean and homely. Also well positioned, so long as you don't mind the steep climb up out of town, as might be expected in the area. Being just above the town certainly adds to the views. The region is great, lots of opportunities for climbing, cycling, walking etc... The town has everything you might need. We stayed in the second week of September and had every type of weather so would definitely recommend taking warm clothing; we found it much cooler than we had anticipated. That said, the snow definitely added to the photos! Communication with the owners was great - friendly and efficient.

This was just the perfect chalet for our group on a cycling holiday. Perfectly located as starting point for our cycling trips across the Dolomites..Although the Mur dl Giat at the end of each day was challenging. More than enough space for our group of 8. Very comfortable. Luxurious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Large garage to store our bikes etc. Communication with the owners was great as well. Would certainly recommend to friends. We were there end of aug., but can imagine it must be a great location for skiing holidays as well.

The Dolomites is a simply stunning area! Our family of 6 enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this cosy, homely and well appointed chalet during our recent summer holiday in Italy. The listing was accurate and property spotless. We were impressed by the excellent customer service offered by the owner, who assisted with our planning of the trip (via ferrata well recommended), and was responsive to our queries during our stay. The chalet is located at the top of a fairly steep hill on the edge of the village, but is within close walking distance to all amenities. We would certainly recommend Casa Zilli to friends and relatives. Thank you Ker and Lizzie!

We stayed as a group of eight for two weeks. The booking was simple and efficient and all needs catered for with zero fuss. The village / town of La Villa is dead centre of the Alta Badia valley and is perfect for exploring the area. There is lots to do round here in the summer and we needed a rest when we got home! The accommodation was large enough to give us all some space and the welcome pack was very nice. Would definitely rent out again if staying in this location.

Had a week with 4 companions treking in this area. Chalet is ideally located to axcess the local walks and an easy walk to the shops and bus stop to get to supplies and travel further afield. The advantage in getting a lift and bus pass as a combined ticket was fantastic but be aware that all the lifts generally stop for the summer on the last Sunday in September. Well recommended and would stay again if doing the same trip.

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Zilli. The chalet is in a very good location on the edge of La Villa and the accommodation is very comfortable. The area is amazingly beautiful and having a lift pass for the week meant that we could thoroughly explore the area and enjoyed the stunning views form up high. There are great places to eat in La Villa and up in the mountains.

Casa Zilli, chosen as the base for 6 guys on a cycling holiday in the Dolomites. Ideally located in the heart of the one of the most stunning and mountainous areas in Europe if not the world, and heaven if you have a bike and like going up or down steep hills, but not many flat sections so be prepared! The house easily catered to the party of 6 guys although the schlepp up the Muur dl Giat after dinner in town began to prove challenging by the end of the week! Bedrooms were comfortable, lounge & kitchen space good for socializing, and outdoor space for bracing morning air or sundowners after a day out and about looking up to the nearby mountains was ideal.

We rented the Chalet with few other friends for a week, and after few days we all wished we had a longer term rental :) The location is among the best in Dolomite, with so many things to do and breathtaking views. We will definitely be back Thank you Ker and Lizzie for hosting us!!

We had a wonderful stay in the Dolomites - the surroundings are great for hiking - we did a couple starting directly from the Chalet itself, and also several within an easy 15-20 minute drive away (easy parking still) - 4 to 6 hour hikes. Casa Zilli is the a lovely place to come home to afterwards. Very comfortable, spacious, clean and homely. We'd be very happy to stay there again someday!

We did enjoy this house and place during our last stay with family and friends The House is very comfortable, wuith all what is needed whether sunny or rainy weather (we experimented both). The place in la Villa is awesome, quiet, views, charlift nearby to ride bikes and hike, and is also convenient to close by sites. We enjoyud the stay very much

Casa Zilli is a great base to explore the La Villa/Corvara/Arabba area – which is where you want to be in the Dolomites for the best walking and cycling. There are walks starting from the front door, cable cars to get you up high are close by, and hop on your bike and you are only 10 minutes from the Sella Ronda. There are 5 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), but the nicest feature of the house is the large and comfortable living/eating/cooking area. And there's tables and chairs to eat breakfast and dinner outside when the sun is shining. There's plenty of space for 10 people to stretch out without ever feeling on top of each other. And there's also a big garage which is handy for bikes. You're far enough away from the centre of La Villa for the house to be very quiet and peaceful – but close enough to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. We had a great time at Casa Zilli and would wholeheartedly recommend it.
