Super clean. Everything in order. For me location was fine, close to the railway

Slightly noisy as it is close to the railway. The bathroom is a shared bathroom for two rooms. The breakfast is poor, all packed food from the grosery shop, nothing fresh.

Clean and good location

For breakfast there were only biscuits , jam, corn flakes no cheese , no egg, no fresh something . There is oven but no utensil to heat or cook something even no water boiler for tea . It was an important issue that heating was not working.

The room was clean, the bed was okay, and the location accessible on foot from the center. Parma is great!

1. The staff don't speak english, and in addition it was super rude. The only moment that it was around was to tell us to leave abruptly and hastily, because we were late for the check out. 2. We couldn't access the wifi, probably the given password was wrong. Unfortunately, there was anyone there to help us, and we needed it for work. 3. It is so rude to have such a breakfast! We paid to eat stale cornflakes? 4. We asked for a parking and they said that there is a available,but actually there wasn't anytbing but a pavement (?) We paid for parking in the center (20mim on foot) to keep it somewhere safe. 5. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY

Really nice place to stay. Breakfast was good (the usual for hotel-like place) but there were also cakes/cookies and free water bottle in the fridge, so very nice

So much noise from traffic outside. It was hard to sleep.

Calmness, non intrusiveness, spaciousness. Abundance of trains outsude the window, I like their booming. Internet, supermarket (Conad) nearby. Amazing warm and sunny balcony.

Breakfast was below expectations. Practically no healthy options; mainly packaged pastries/biscuits were offered and actually some of them were beyond their expiration dates. No milk, cereals, orange juice...

The fact that communication in English was not an option...Using an online translator to ask simple things the owner of the bed and breakfast, was disappointing.

Perfect bathroom, spacy room, very warm and extremely clean. Good breakfast and snacks. Very, very nice. They were so kind, and the city centre is just 20min away by foot.

They should have left the instructions for coffee machine, I couldn't turn it on, and was afraid to experiment. :-(
