Great property. Great location. We had a teen and a senior in our party. All thoroughly enjoyed.

This property was exactly what we wanted it to be. A home with a heated pool overlooking the ocean. We walked to shopping and restaurants. The home had the best location and had anything you could want in a vacation home. They made it very easy to check in and check out. Great communication. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here as a family of 6 (2 of which being children aged 4 and 1) Pros - location is absolutely brilliant, just off the main hill with majority of shops and restaurants however perfectly positioned on the hill side and the view is OUTSTANDING! Size - property is good size with large living area. All on one level (accept 3 steps to bedrooms, this was handy with kids) Cleanliness- very clean property, only rated 4 stars as bedrooms seemed slightly damp however after speaking with other people renting other properties this appears to be a common thing in villas when the weather was wet (it rained for days prior to our arrival) Pool- amazing, we paid extra for it to be heated and well worth it! Great view of sea and good size. Clean also! Hosts and Instructions for Arrival and Departure - OUTSTANDING! Could not fault them at all! Fran was brilliant in answering questions, supplying cot and baby seat. They were very accommodating offering an early check in and slightly later check out to accommodate flight times. Instructions were clear and accurate. Property has space for multiple cars to be parked on long drive way. Property is secure. Negatives - wish we had stayed longer! Possibly wish for more of a grassed area for children (this is very minor!) Would stay here again without question! Thank you!

We were all delighted with the villa. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was also fantastic. However it is the location which really makes this villa outstanding with simply incredible views.

This is a must rent if you want the perfect Algarve location. Four bedrooms, 5 bathrooms overlooking the ocean with the perfect pool. We were three couples that did not want to leave after 9 days in paradise. Our host was great and responded quickly to any issue we had, which were very few. This has been our very favorite VRBO in Portugal. Thanks so much for the use of your special home.

The Villa and pool area are pleasant and spacious. The views across the ocean are gorgeous and it is a short walk down to the square. There are lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance and a shop for essentials. The only improvement we could think of would be to provide a welcome pack such as water, tea bags and milk. Thank you for a lovely holiday; we hope to return.

The villa was just right for us all, it’s location just out of town and near Algar Seca was great. The air con was excellent as it was 35deg plus all week and the pool was much used. 10/10 - we’ll be back.

The property is lovely. Great size for a family. Would love to visit again.

It was in a wonderful peaceful location, with excellent sea views, with close approximation to quite a few good restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to those that are seeking the above.

The view is unbelievably fantastic! Our group of 6 adults loved the 3 spacious patios where we enjoyed morning coffee, afternoon swims, ocean views, evening sunsets & just lounging together. We communicated with the owners several times & they were quickly responsive & helpful. The villa was very clean & well provisioned. The master bath has a large up-dated shower w/ the other 2 bathrooms smaller but adequate. The large airy open living room & dining room easily accompanied our group. The location can’t be beat! It’s a “stone’s throw” from the shoreline walkways & cliffs trails. We easily walked to restaurants, shopping, & Carvoeiro beach. We so liked it that we booked a second 9 day stay!

Not many better views , or overall locations in the world. Everything handy (incl brilliant restaurants) and a beautiful walk into the town centre along the boardwalk. Once more a lovely holiday was had in this Villa.

Whilst we enjoyed our holiday it could have been better if we had been told how to operate the central heating . Also pool was not heated. And Jose Silves no longer works for the company . Nobody met us on arrival and we had a problem making contact with anybody who could help us . To sum up it is a great property in a great location but a bit impersonal .Thank you z

The apartment was very clean & conveniently located next to Old Town, a grocery store & cafes. We were greeted by the property manager who was always available & helpful. The living area & master bedroom have a balcony with a view of the entrance to the historic area of Lagos. The living area, dining-kitchen are spacious & inviting. The second bedroom is small with a very small bathroom & a first-floor view of the parking lot. This apartment is just right for a couple and a child. It was in a great location & we enjoyed our week there.

We were lucky enough to stay at the villa about four years ago and arranged to go again for my husband’s special birthday about eighteen months ago. Covid stopped us and this was the fourth attempt to get here. José met us and promptly went through some details and keys and the cleaner did a very thorough job too. Perfect sunny weather Fabulous pool but a bit cold for me, comfortable sun beds. The outlook is gorgeous, sea is very close. It’s wonderful to just lie/sit and look out to sea. Very relaxing. Three spacious comfortable bedrooms all with twin beds and a bathroom to each room. New Shower very spacious! Lots of comfy seating in the living area, kitchen with everything you could ask for. Home is very well equipped. Lots of contact with owner due to cancellations, very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, a super property in a lovely area with some great restaurants locally. A wonderful second stay here for us. The villa had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained and the pool with the spectacular view was just amazing. A peaceful and relaxing haven in a beautiful part of the Algarve.

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped villa with stunning views and a great pool. Excellent pre-trip communications with the owner, Luis. I would highly recommend this villa , it had everything we could possibly need.

So we arrived early on in the day we were able to leave our bags headed off for lunch and got in around 13:00. The villa is directly opposite Algar Seco. FANTASTIC location. It is lovely and traditional. Three good sized bedrooms all with single beds, two of the rooms have ensuite shower rooms and the other room uses the seperate shower room. The kitchen is full of utensils plenty of crockery, pots and pans. Single oven with grill and gas hob. Wi-Fi was good for streaming. Spacious little utility room housing washing machine. Pool area is kept very clean. Whilst we were there for 2 weeks cleaners came in 5 or 6 times gardener popped round a couple and pool man. Security wise the villa has an alarm and locked gates. Fully air conditioned. Like another review we expected the full house. When infact we had the down stairs space and the agent said to us no one was upstairs so feel free to use the upstairs balcony, so I am not sure what the arrangements would be if the upstairs was occupied. Maybe it is for owner use when the main villa isn't booked but I would check should we book this villa. we as a group of 6 loved it. Would have no hesitation of recommending it and would certainly consider booking it again. Agent and manager were both good with communicating. Thank you for a fabulous stay

We were under the impression we had whole villa but upper view was cordoned off which we had not been aware of No pool towels on arrival Overall we had a fabulous time at an amazing villa which was traditional. If there was 1 important suggestion - it would be to invest in comfortable sofas for an amazing outside area as seating was not comfy for us oldies.
