The listing is exactly what you get. Pictures were NOT deceiving. Great house. Great communication with owners. Was plenty of space for all of us. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of teacher coworkers who came to Orlando for a conference and we stayed at Lumiere’s Lodge rather than a hotel. We wanted to be able to be together in a house so we could work at night together instead of be apart in different hotel rooms trying to find a spot to work in a lobby. The house worked perfectly! We were able to eat dinner together on the lanai, relax in the hot tub, brainstorm on ideas we learned during the day while in the living room, and retire at night to our bedrooms. It was so relaxing to have our own place to call home for the week! The community was nice and quiet and we enjoyed it so much. It was definitely a great idea to stay at Lumiere’s Lodge! Would recommend to anyone!

Lumieres Lodge is very family friendly. The Disney themed rooms are inviting and so tastefully decorated. Our grandchildren kept the game room busy along with the amazing pool on our off days from the park. The pool is a great place to gather and keep cool. Lots of seating and room for all! Comfy beds and plenty of towels to go around! Lumieres has everything you need in the kitchen for littles and bigs. It is in a great location, close to Disney attractions and many restaurants. We had a fantastic stay and will recommend to our friends and other family. Rich and Karen were great hosts!!

We have just returned from a 2 weeks stay at Lumieres Lodge and from booking to staying, our experience has been amazing. We originally booked for 2020 but the pandemic made sure that didn't happen. Rich and Karen were absolutely brilliant with us. We were offered a refund or a change of dates, which was in itself brilliant as I had read so many bad experiences of people who could not get their money back. We were very fortunate to have picked such amazing and understanding hosts that gave us options to choose from. We chose the rebooking option as we knew we wanted to get here eventually. Rich and Karen worked with us and were very accomodating on rebooking. Which ended up with us cancelling and rebooking a few times, due to the duration of the travel restrictions. When we finally arrived at the villa we were not disappointed. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely finished. Everything we needed was provided. Fresh bed linen, towels, hairdryers in each bathroom. It literally is a home from home. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Including a kettle. Being from the UK a cup of tea in the mornings is a must, so i was very happy to find that. My children had a ball. The Disney themed rooms were very cute. And there are little Disney touches around to remind you, you really are in a happy place. The pool area was great. Was lovely sitting out there in the mornings before we started our day. After only 2 days Rich informed us that there was a problem with the air conditioning upstairs. We hadn't even realised but he had been checking at his end, to make sure the temperatures inside were OK for us and noticed there was an issue. That in itself was so thoughtful. Ensuring our comfort at all times even whilst not being there. Was a very nice touch. The air conditioning was sorted and we were not inconvenienced by it at all. They were on the ball straight away to get the problem fixed. I really can't recommend Lumieres Lodge enough. My children didn't want to come home. And Windsor Hills is a lovely resort. We didn't use the onsite amenities as we had very busy days and were glad to get back and chill at the villa. The jacuzzi was god send to come back to after long tiring days at the park. I will definitely look at rebooking our future trips at Lumieres Lodge. Thank you Ruch and Karen for such a fantastic stay. You guys are the best

This house was everything we could ask for and more, the BEST vacation home I have booked thus far. My grandchildren really enjoyed the game room and pool. The rooms where extremely nice with televisión in each. The pictures are not misleading. I would like to personally thank the host for being attentive our entire stay and for just maintaning your property in such a busy tourist area. We will be returning. Thank U guys so much.

Lumiere's Lodge did not disappoint. We had everything we needed from pillows and towels to anything in the kitchen. The playroom and pool were perfect for the kids when we were at the house. Oh, and the hot tub at the end of the day! Thanks Rich and Karen!

The house was clean and well stocked. Decorations in the kids rooms coupled with a game room and a heated pool made for a great family experience! Highly recommend!

Was very nice and loved how it wasnt too far from all the places we were visiting for vacation. Was a bit sad that the pool and pool area ddnt seem to get cleaned everyday like we thought it would and we had trash in the bin when we arrived. But overall the stay was awesome and my kids had a good time and definitely would stay again for another vacation!

Great place to stay! Very clean, great location, close to Disney. Pool was perfect. Very happy with our stay here. We had a large family of 12 here of all ages and plenty of room.

This home is perfect! We were a party of 10 and this lovely home accommodated us very well. The overall experience with Home Away, the owners of the property, and the property itself was absolutely wonderful! I fully recommend!!!

The home was beautiful! I absolutely loved it! The community was peaceful and I felt very safe. So close to Disney world! My entire family enjoyed the pool and all the amenities! Mr and Mrs Gleason ( the owners) are the best! I truly recommend Lumiere's Lodge!

Wonderful home in a great location. It had plenty of room and everything we needed for our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay ! Only issue was the number of adult beds. On HomeAway the House is advertised as “sleeps 12”. However, there are really only beds for 6 adults.

This was the perfect place to stay for Disney! Very close to all of the parks. We even watched the fireworks from across the street every night! The house was clean and the pool was great! The owners are very good with communication which made everything a breeze. Highly recommended.

We just returned from a 1 week stay at Lumiere's Lodge. There were 10 of us (6 adults, 4 children). The house had more than enough room, and everyone enjoyed their stay. The home was very clean and organized. The private pool and game room were such a great benefit of staying at this home, as were the owners, who were very easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly and with detail. Very close to Disney (driving within 10-15 minutes depending on traffic). Close to Walmart, Target, and Publix. The community pool and new waterslides were great, as were all of the other amenities. We would recommend Lumiere's Lodge to anyone and hope to return one day!

My first visit to Disney and Universal Studios was made even more enjoyable by staying in this beautiful home. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 5 children. Plenty of room for everyone, and the kids absolutely loved the game room and the private pool. I would definitely return to Lumiere's Lodge.

The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. it was perfect for 3 families to live together comfortably. The house is located near Disney and all kinds of stores, restaurants. Shopping is convenient and easy The screened pool is a great place to meet and eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in this property. We will be back !

The home was clean and spacious. The pool / spa warm. Both the owners and the management company were responsive to any questions - very positive experience. Windsor Hills is great for kids with new water slides opening soon at the Clubhouse pool. Just follow the fence across the street to the right and where it ends you can get a great view of the Disney fireworks at 8 each night - our kids discoverd this and felt completely safe checking this out 😄� Highly recommend.

This property was truly a home away from home! The hosts were extremely responsive, courteous and just overall wonderful people to interact with. They were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. Our kids loved the awesome game room and pool area. There was ample space for our family and great amenities to take advantage of. The home was modern, up to date and clean. The best part - super close to the disney parks and other orlando attractions. The process was so easy. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando. One more thing - there is a HUGE walmart down the block - such a convenience. They have anything you could ever need. This was an A+ experience!
