Good location for ABQ area and day trip to Santa Fe. Great communication with owner/mgr.

Everything about this property are dreams come true! Great neighborhood with trails to walk, & amazing views. The home is cozy & the attention to details makes this home extra special.

This home, location, amenities, & everything DO not compare to 3 other VRBzo’s I have rented in this same area. The host says she has 5 VRBO’s but this home felt sad & run by s newbie. I rented it based on proximity to a family member & due to good reviews. That was a BIg mistake. Lighting up the home, providing accurate & safe access to the home & front door, new linens (towels were bleach stained) are any experienced travel would expect. This home is lacking all of the above.

This is the best vacation house in Rio Rancho. This is our 2nd time to stay here and we will always check the availability of this house for all of our New Mexico trips. It’s clean, very comfortable and a fenced in back yard with clean rocks.

Had a great stay here, was exactly as pictured, fit our family of four comfortably. Outdoor atmosphere was cozy and warm, we enjoyed the nights, sitting around the fire pit.

The house was very cute and clean. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the house but it was just right for our needs. Affordable and convenient.

This home has a great yard and view and is located close to all shopping and a hiking trail! The house is one-level (great for seniors) and is well appointed and decorated. Neighborhood is friendly and we all enjoyed our stay here. The hostess is responsive and very nice. I love staying in easy places. This is it.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the home. Backyard was wonderful. Perfect for our needs though if had only one change it would be for there to be a king bed.

My parents visited and usually stay in a local hotel - all of which are nice, clean etc. this was their first VRBO experience and it was great for them to have all the amenities of this house. They were impressed that everything they needed was available in the home. It was clean and comfortable, and they also loved the back patio sitting area.

This home is clean, neat and tidy. It is decorated absolutely gorgeously. It iIt has a fenced in yard. I was down with a friend for the Albuquerque dog show, this home was worth the drive. It’s perfect! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house!

Was very easy to check out on line and was just as advertised. Payment process was simple and communication with agency was perfect.

The house was great place to stay for the Balloon Fiesta. There is an observation point above the valley and Balloon park in the neighborhood and walking distance from the house. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

This cute little house was PERFECT for my husband and me and our dog! It has two bedrooms so could easily have accommodated a second couple and we would not have felt cramped. The owner has thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible for guests! The beds were comfy and they bathrooms were both well stocked with anything you might need. The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked as well. The property was very clean. It was super nice having access to the garage. We use VRBO for almost all of our getaways and this property was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was in a great location for our needs. Close to a hiking trail and only about a 15 -20 min drive to historical Albuquerque or to a nice restaurant . We felt very comfortable taking our dog for a evening walk in the neighborhood and across to the hiking trail. If we ever get out to Albuquerque again, this property would definitely be our first choice!

This is a nice home and it is obvious that owners try to keep it nice but irresponsible pet owners have let their pets urinate throughout the home. Jenny was quick to have the outdoor area cleaned up when I called but the overhead fans could not eliminate the odor inside. An expensive mistake that could not be corrected once I had arrived.

Pictures on the listing are accurate. Easy access to eating, shopping, walking paths. Coralles is just a short drive down off the heights, don't miss the Sunday morning Growers Market. Stay off the I and take the surface streets to all the sights in ABQ. Enjoy the hot air balloons from the porch in the morning.

Jenny was very responsive. The home was located close to a walking trail. We enjoyed the State and National parks in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Besides being very comfortable the house is in an excellent location and had everything you could possibly need available.We will be definitely staying here again.

Great location! This cute southwestern style home was perfect for our visit to Albuquerque. The beds were super comfortable and the house was cozy. We would defiantly stay here again.

My grand daughters and I arrived for a 5 days stay in northern NM, that also included a few nights that needed my attention @ work. While the view is overwhelmingly beautiful, I was equally pleased that it was quiet enough to sleep during the days I had to work overnight. We hope to return and do more with our family when the COVID19 scare is over.
