The location was great, water views and close to two beaches (5 min walk). It was close to the main town 18 min walk or a 5 min bus trip. The bed was comfortable in the main room and the property was clean.

The couches were not comfortable, when you arrive you have to make your own bed and the tv in the bedroom is old and you can only watch tv on it. There needs to be more cleaning tools the vaccum did not work and there was no dustpan and broom.

Stairs and no rail on side access path which is sloped which made it difficult if you have restricted mobility as I have at the moment

Outside wooden steps to apartment which were wet in the rain and had a lot of plants encroaching on the stairs. Booking.com did not mention these which would have made it difficult and dangerous for a person with mobility issues. Needs to be mentioned in ad.

the position was brilliant …..we loved all the windows providing optimum views of the bay. Also the access to beaches and walks was great!

we weren’t warned about the steep stairs to the property! Also we would have liked to return in the future with friends but the single beds in the second bedroom would only have accommodated children which is a shame. The yappy dog next door spoilt our trips back and forth to the car. also we had to replace the batteries to the air con which we just happened to have with us but had we not, it would have been inconvenient to go and buy some.

Located in a beautiful place

The view was amazing. Close to the beach and walking distance to main part of town. Very well presented.

The very steep stairs, then you step off onto a very steep ramp nothing to hold onto on the ramp then another step off the ramp. If you are an elderly or a disable person you will not get down , very hard to carry bags down and hold on at the same time. The railing had a hedge growing on the left going up and I only had the use of my left arm so very hard to hold on safely the railing on the right going up had come away from the weld at the top and both were not very secure. The unit was clean but the dishes and cutlery were dirty, we had to wash all the dishes and glasses before we use them.

The views were great. Bed comfortable.

Furniture very dusty and spiderwebs around furniture . Had to wipe down bedside cabinets and lamps in the bedroom.Kitchen facilities some not cleaned. Some glasses not washed just put back in the cupboard.

Location was amazing, as were the views. Nice to be so close to the beach and the easy walk to Nelson Bay Marina. Very clean, quiet and compact unit, perfect for our stay. Comfortable beds and lounge, and good kitchen set up.

It would be nice to have ceiling fans as it can get quite hot and stuffy in the bedrooms. Tea towel and sponge in the kitchen would be useful too. Hooks on the back of the bathroom doors as well. One of the single beds needed a couple of slats to be fixed, but didn’t effect use.
