The unit set up was lovely

I was wrongly informed about entrance although I spoke to bryden numerous times,making my parents stay in unit as it was to hard for them, cockroaches crawling on us on lounge 2 and kettle fully infested my mother cleaned it and disinfected it for you not good enough woke up to food and tea with them in or on it balcony a mess under lounge a mess,umbrella not working outside ,I went straight to office and informed lady of all issues as well very disappointing, I'll stop there waiting for your response before I write a review thanks Jennifer I thought I got pic of cockies but they would be in bin in a tissue I am paranoid if cockies I slept in car 1st night

Water damage tired appliances..no drier in laundry..spa bath non operative etc.

The location was great.

No heating on very cold weekend. Outside temp was below 6 degrees. Called to report and was told it would be looked at. No one turned up and we received no further communication. We froze for the second night without communication. Very, very uncomfortable stay and made it miserable. We could have bought our own heater and bought more clothes BUT we booked an air conditioner apartment and paid for that! Not happy.

We took our own breakfast as toasters kettle and other cooking appliances provided. No need to spend on breakfast as shops nearby are very expensive. Room was very spacious with a great patio if you want to eat outside. All great having 2 toilets and bathrooms especially if you a lot of people in your group. Location great as it is close to everything meaning you do not have to drive anywhere except if you want to go to the beach.

Nothing really that comes to mind.
