La proximité de la plage, la piscine très agréable, la literie au top, la machine à laver très pratique.

La kitchenette extérieure absolument pas pratique, le balcon trop étroit, l étendoir à linge tout rouillé, la robinetterie de la douche très abîmée.

Emplacement idéal, à 20 m de la mer et des restaurants de l'Anse Mitan. Possibilité de prendre la navette bateau pour Fort de France tres pratique L'accès à la piscine sans horaires est top.

Le balcon kitchenette manquait un peu d espace. Il serait judicieux de mettre une porte ( coulissante) entre la sdb/toilette et la chambre/pièce de vie

the location is perfect. Close to restaurants, water taxi and the beach

the mattress is very bad, after 3 days I had terrible back pain. The bed is small and too high. They don't have a door to the toilet

Location was fabulous, 1 minute walk to lovely beach, pier with ferry service and delicious La Petit Creperie!. Great with washing machine in bathroom Clean studio with small balcony

- no door to toilet - sex images on wall in bed/bathroom - no beach towels -creaky bed -no English TV channels -pool had no sunbeds or sun umbrellas

Location was perfect easy to explore Martinique best beaches.

We loved 1min. walk to the beach and restaurants. The upscale area of boutiques, restaurants and gift shops is within 10/15 minutes on foot Super clean studio. Great for shorter stay.

Very small balcony with no sitting possible nor available. No canopy on the balcony so, rain makes it unusable at times We had coffee maker but, couldn't find coffee cups there. It's advertised with wifi connectivity but, it's super slow or not moving. Parking is on the street and it's difficult to find a spot
