Small ants on room table. Breakfast was nothing special: bad coffee ran out of eggs sausage rubbery.

Leaving, nothing was good, we want our money back, I will be calling booking.com ehen we get home.

We didn't get towels, the pool never had towels, we had to ask every time we used the pool. Our room never got cleaned. We had to ask for towels and to clean our trash. People smoking where they we not to. People drinking buy the pool.

Loud noises right off the expressway breakfast was no big deal no waffles, pancakes was like rubber so was the egg I didn’t care for it. No security, a man tried pushing/ forcing his way into our room one night as we came in and my husband pushed him out . Our room was on he second floor close to the stairs on the end of the hallway and someone would knock and turn the knob I was scared

The breakfast was better than I expected and a decisive factor in choosing Best Western. Location is excellent, with several restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was very good. It offers "meat" as opposed to danish and just bread. The staff was helpful in answering my questions. The neighborhood felt safe and the location was convenient to highways and points of interest were accessible.

I pillows were too small. It was difficult to get comfortable in the neck and head area. All else was good. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to return whenever I'm in the area.

Close to everything

The hotel in general...old, needs renovation. Bed uncomfortable Breakfast was not the best Pool was small Guests looked like they came off the street and checked in Elevator smelled, old and slow Room were small Not the best visit, pictures on the web was misleading.

Convenient. Clean common areas. Really nice breakfast selection.

Odor of room 333 was undesirable. Swimming pool needs repair or updating. Hot tub didn’t have timer control knob.

I love that it had the fire pit and the hot tub although I didn’t have time to use it. I would stay again.

The elevator seemed shaky and made me nervous.
