The site is more than wonderful

The reservation was made at a certain price, and upon departure, the price was changed, with an increase of 22%.

The room is spacious and the hotel’s location is very convenient when arriving by bus

The whole experience felt cheap. We booked a Deluxe Double Room and the water in the bathroom (sink, bathroom and shower) was not working correctly. The wifi in our room was so slow that it made browsing social media impossible. The food at the restaurant was not very good and the portion were small for the prices. The staff did not explain anything about Munnar and was in a hurry. Overall not what we expected and for the price, I recommend going somewhere else.

Room was very good. Clean. Quite posh. The position was OK, as Munnar town was very cluttered, it was good to be out of that, but it does involve a tuk tuk ride. There's a few places to eat about 15 mins walk away.

The male staff members were grumpy & unfriendly. They need training in how to be customer friendly.

Location is Good. Welcome cookies and fruits in room, room decorated by flowers & Balloons gave good feeling as it's Christmas & New Year time

Breakfast & Dinner menu is very limited, no ala carte system, only buffet in Dinner. This hotel is booked by travel tour operators. Washroom was very small

Bedsheets were torn,pricey food.also bed base was big and base were small.

The hospitality of the guys there was good except one

People were clueless on check in and check our. Booking.com is showing some check out and hotel is telling some other. Room is so small for the money paid and not so clean
