Nothing about this hotel is good

Everything about this hotel is horrible I'm talking down to dirtiness to bugs those sheets are dingy the hotel owner is rude harms crossed just rude the staff is rude I asked about a room even from the cleaning lady she was rude I mean I have a service dog and I'd already paid up for my couple of days and then they wanted me to pay for my service dog Indiana for deposit or a pay for your service dog at all because it's not an animal it's not a pet and they didn't even care to look at my paperwork they didn't care and you're not supposed to ask for it anyways but I was willing to give it to them and they were going to throw me out without a refund if I didn't pay my pet deposit which I when I made my reservations I told him I had a service animal with me and they didn't have me pay when I checked in they waited till I got up got comfortable and paid and then they want to kick me out after I already got up there and got comfortable and paid my money they were horrible I mean I cried I cried I cried I cried cuz that was all the money I had left that was the money I was saving for our food mine and my dog mine of my service animals food and then they go and take it from me but the only thing I have weed and drink the whole time I was there or eat because of these people and they didn't care they did not care what one little bit and they just give you snobby looks when you go outside to walk the dog or whatever and they just they're just so rude and the place is so nasty I don't recommend nobody staying here ever in life and I'm going to do all I can to see that they get punished for what they've done they said that they didn't want to look at my paperwork that they pretty much are above the law they said well who told you that your dog will be free everybody that does anything about the Ada I mean they won't look at no esa letter no nothing they did not care they just gave me snotty dirty looks I mean I...

Nothing..we didn't stay left after we saw room.

Everything.both rooms we were shown smelled of cigarettes. Dirty floors,dead roaches, no lights in bathroom.

One of the two door locks worked.

The toilet did not flush properly, the rubber seal at the bottom of the flush valve was so gooey, the flush handle did not have enough strength to lift up and make the flush properly. I had to take the lid off the back and flush by hand. And I guarantee I wasn't the first person to have to do this. The door lock was broken. Lots of trash in the parking lot. A lot of people obviously live there. And a group of sketchy individuals outside all through the night. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep on top of the covers, this place is for you. And that is all I was really looking for anyway.

No breakfast Liked nothing about the hotel. It's a dump. Lots of vagrant around. Health dept needs to make a visit. Rundown, holes in bedding, toilet seat falling off. TV bad. You name it, it was bad. Should be condemned!!
