Definitely the people working there. also the swimming pool is great. I see big impact of Covid lockdown, so it’s not easy to maintain the hotel and do everything perfectly. Walking distance to the Fairy Stream and some nice coffee shops.

It’s out of date hotel. bathroom is the weakest point. There is no beach :( so no access to the sea.

Staff is helpful as in the past. Location is good.

Hotel is still recovering from the pandemic shutdown. Breakfasts are more meager than before. Facilities need work . There is construction work on a seawall barrier going on. Ham Tien area also has many closed restaurants and bars.

The location is great, it is a short walk to restaurants and bars. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool is great!

The noise from the corridor could be very loud at times.

I liked nothing about this hotel. Terrible.

Dirty hotel, rock-hard beds, no water pressure in shower, broken Visa card machine (was asked to pay cash!) and heavy construction right in front of hotel until 3am! I booked 4 nights, i checked out after just 2 and was charged 4 nights.... avoid at all cost. The staff even refused to give us our passports back... what a disaster of a hotel....

I liked the outdoor pool and the access to the beach, it is super quiet right now so not a lot of atmosphere. It was pretty cheap too so that was good.

The room wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked it to be, it looked a bit rundown tbh, probably due to lack of tourists in the area. I didn’t like that there was no one working in the restaurant during the day, so I had to keep leaving the property to get drinks and food. The beach isn’t being kept up (again probably due to there being no customers) I visited this hotel back in 2019 and loved it and that’s why I went back, it’s feels like it’s struggling, I really hope it can return to it’s previous standards when the boarders open again.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the swimming pool is very nice and you get direct access to the beach. The room.is very basic but it is clean and comfortable enough. It is good value for money.

Breakfast, no safe in room, bathrooms need updating.

Beds are the hardest you will ever find, it's literally like laying on the floor. Pillows are not good either. We got a room on the ground floor so it was very noisy in the morning with kids screaming and playing in the pool. Also having a room on the ground floor means you have to have the curtains closed at all times to get some privacy. = no sea view as booked. Breakfast is the same every day. 1 fried egg 1 bread, 1 juice and 1 coffee or tea. Stated you can pay by cc but this is not true. I would definitely not stay at this "hotel" again nor can i recommend it. There's plenty better options in Mui ne.

This was perfect for us. It was on the beach and had a nice pool. The breakfast gave you a few choices and was good.The girl up front was lots of help as well..Would book again
