The room was awful. It was supposed to be a Deluxe family room but as we were informed by the hotel staff, some rooms were renovated and some not. We were given a rundown, very old room with a glass entrance door which felt very unsafe and sockets and some lights were not working. Reception informed us that it was probably a fuse and fixed it the second day. The photographs shown in booking were not even close to reality and very misleading. When I complained to the reception, they acknowledged the problem but informed us that there were no renovated family rooms available. In the end, the hotel management offered a 10% discount but it was by no means compensation for the misleading pictures and the room price which was very expensive for what was offered.

Great location and convenient parking space. Station, Burger King, REWE(LiDL), DM, and the fitness shop are just 3 mins away. Comfortable bed and clean room with delicious breakfast, especially in Germany. We also had dinner in the yard which is beyond expectation..... We really like this hotel and my son went for extra nights but unfortunately, they were full on weekend, We will stay there and recommend my friends this hotel if any chance.

Very friendly staff made us feel instantly welcome. Room was perfect for all of us (reserved 3 rooms), well kept and clean. Location perfect near the train station. Breakfast was tasty as well and good bonus. Big shout out to the restaurant on site which was also very good, very friendly staff and food was fantastic. 10/10 stay will be back.

Very good location for what we wanted they gave u a guest card which is free but u pay a €5 deposit per card but these get u free bus and train travel plus discount on some attractions when u check out u get money back

Location and killer view from the deck. Large room that easily accommodated our family of four. Good restaurant and beer/wine options.

The view was beautiful, the room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was very good. Very convenient to attractions we planned to see.

Being American I would have loved to have wash cloths, the beds were a little firm for me but others in my family were good. Although the river is beautiful, if you leave your windows open at night it can be a little noisy from rushing waters.

Good location, just opposit to train station and bus station, we booked a deluxe triple room at reasonable price. The room is clean, comfortable, the view from room is amazing. Buffet breakfast have many choices and delicious. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, I must say thanks to them. Really an excellent experience to stay there.

The hotel is located right across the main train station and bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I got sick and asked to stay an hour more our checkout time and the receptionist was nice to let me sleep.

There was no water boiler and tea/coffee in the room, and we had to go down every time we needed it. Guidance on how to get to Salzburg airport was not so good. Taxi costs 70 euros and the public transport apps didn't show anything.

The overall experience was pleasant—excellent price-performance ratio. 1. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The guy at the front desk could speak English and explained everything very well. 2. Modern, spacious, and tidy rooms with a great view. 3. Location of the property is a top, main train station and bus stand is 100mt away. 4. Scrumptious breakfast included with the stay. Highly recommended!!

Location, opposite to the train and bus station. 5-10 mins walk to supermarkets and other shopping boutiques. Spacious room. The view in the breakfast area is gorgeous and the buffet breakfast also have plenty of choices 😋.

The rooms are really big. The place to live is very quiet, and there is a hypermarket next to it, which is really convenient. There is free parking in front of the hotel and the staff are very friendly, highly recommended.
