Overall the positive experience I will start with the negatives first. The cleanliness could’ve been a little bit better overall it wasn’t the cleanest but it was OK it wasn’t horrible. The hot water takes like around 2 to 3 minutes to come which is not even that big of a deal because you could start the hot water early before shower but seems like a lot a lot of wasted water. The area is nice but take me more to do there’s other areas in the Catskill area that there’s more to do this was a very small town there wasn’t very much to do I would say that stay here but go to the next town in order to find some activities. Very basic cable in no Netflix not even like a smart TV to sign into your own Netflix account. The positive. The owner and the manager were very friendly they show you the whole property before you even go in and it doesn’t matter what time you arrive they actually help you carry the bags upstairs and downstairs. Overall spacious I say I’ll be more comfortable for about 4 to 5 people at most I would never more than that because it’s not that big and you know even though there’s lotta beds everywhere but doesn’t mean that you should have that many people. It is beautiful with a lot of fun hiking and camping also there’s a lot of activities outside of town we did them shooting, white water rafting and horseback riding. People in the area in town are very very friendly they gave us free stuff and you know they were overall told us that this is a great place to visit.

Casual, clean, well-equipped. Handwritten signs and labels were a nice homey touch. Long staircase was unexpected but no one had difficulty.

Arkady was easy to connect with. Made the check-in process seamless. Had wealth of knowledge regarding the building’s history. Located near Tap Room and Valero gas station for quick groceries and a list of beers to choose from. Wish I had brought more friends as the loft had plenty of room (was one of three and easily could’ve comfortably slept another three.) Will be recommending to friends and family.

Very nice apartment for a ski trip, perfectly located 2 minutes drive from the slopes, walking distance to everything else in Windham.

The cleaning fee is too much overharge for cleani g I always leave everything clean

We arrived expecting a 2 bedroom townhouse while it was not. The so called second bedroom was in the open space in the living/kitchen area.

This is a very convenient place, right in the center of town, the property manager met us in the pouring rain to help us get set up - thank you! Lots of sleeping space on real beds! Just a heads up - both bathrooms have showers, no bathtubs. Only an issue if you have kiddos who hate showers ;)

This property was in a great location in downtown Windham! It is located above a great restaurant/bar, and had beautiful views of Windham Mountain. It is advertised as a two bedroom unit, but it was not. The living room has a couch and several day beds along the walls, which I am assuming is being counted as one bedroom. The upstairs is a large open room with two queen/full beds and a twin bed, which is also where access to the large porch is located. There is no door to this upstairs area, which made it difficult to shut out downstairs noise when putting our young son to bed. Overall, the property was clean, well stocked, and affordable!

Super convenient to shops, slopes, and all Windham attractions. Would definitely stay again!

The house was generous with space and supplies. It was thoughtfully laid out with great storage space and convenience. The owner and her assistant were friendly and readily available if needed. we had our own balcony. The location was very central to hiking and restaurants. The only downside was that the area in the summer during a pandemic Is pretty uninteresting. But it’s a relaxing getaway in the mountains.

The Location of this property was perfect. It suited our needs very well. The town of Windham was a great place to stay with good restaurant choices. The managers of the property were very helpful even helping load our car as we were leaving. The property was well stocked although the knives could have been sharper. The only issue that I will raise is the cleanliness. This property needs a good top to bottom cleaning. The front of and the inside of the kitchen cabinets need to to be cleaned. There was hair in the drain in the upstairs shower as well as just general mold and mildew in the same shower. Both of which were very off putting. There are huge spider webs in each of the corners of the general living area. In this COVID day and age, this was very concerning and we spent our initial time wiping everything down using sanitizing wipes that we brought. I debated between a 2 and 3 star rating for cleanliness and decided 3 because I felt the sheets and towels had been freshly laundered (at least I convinced myself).

In the heart of the town of Windham, NY. Stayed a week during the summer and it was very relaxing. The unit is in a landmark building. Original wooden banisters and flooring can be found in the entrance way and hallways of this three story building. The unit itself is renovated and modern. Lovely surroundings. The owner Suzanne was amenable and helpful. We will be returning.

Perfect location, close to Windham ski resort, walking distance to restaurants, good size for 6-8 people, good communication with owner, could be a little bit cleaner and better WiFi. In general excellent deal for the price.

It was very clean and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of a cute ski town.

This rental property was in a great location and the rental process, check-in, and communication with the owner was great. The only area, and for me it’s the most important area, that can use a makeover is the cleanliness of the property. I did not fee like it was cleaned prior to our stay.

The communication prior to arrival was good however, when we brought the issue of dirty dishes to her attention it was shrugged off. The unit was not very clean however, the shower is fantastic, the location is perfect, the antique vibe of building is great, and the beds are comfortable. we were there for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes but the unit doesn't have an iron and ironing board. The owner offered a curtain steamer. In the end we borrowed an iron from a super sweet lady that we bought baking from at the local farmers market.

The place was beautiful!!! What a view from the balcony !!! Suzanne was so delightful and so caring.... always there to help us !!! I needed to iron clothing and I forgot to bring it with me and she lended me her steamer so I could used... we really had a good time !!! Even my friends that passed by for coffee loved the place.... they were so speechless about how spacious the place was and how amazing it was the view from the ski trails !!! Thanks Suzanne for everything.... you guys were amazing!!!😊�

We are a family of 4 and had a comfortable stay at the apt when we were in town for a ski weekend. The location is unbeatable with all the restaurants and shops within 5 mins walking distance and the mountain a short 3 min drive away. Suzanna is a wonderful host who is very responsive and took care of all our needs. We are already booked to come back and would recommend to anyone, even upto 6-7 ppl.

This is a great condo in a historic building right on the main street in town. The inside is remodeled, nicely decorated and comfortable with a nice kitchen and two full bathrooms. Lots of great restaurants nearby, including the newly opened Tap House which is right downstairs from the unit and has a great beer list and good food options. Definitely don't skip the French bakery behind the diner either! Cute shops and a wine bar nearby. Quiet and a beautiful view of the ski slopes from the deck which is shared with three other units. Off street parking is available, but wasn't necessary as there was also abundant street parking with no limitations. The listing states two bedrooms, but that isn't really the case. There are two queen (or maybe they were double sized?) beds in the upstairs bedroom, and there are three twin sized day beds and a couch in the living room. It worked ok for us, but probably not ideal if you are looking for some privacy. The upstairs bedroom did not have a door either, just a folding screen. The wifi signal isn't strong enough to use really. Owner was friendly and helpful. She lives in the unit next door, any we didn't see her or really any other tenants in the building the entire stay, though it may have been a slower time for the town as we visited in August. Transactions of getting and returning the keys was easy. Information on functionality within the unit was clear and concise. Overall, we had a great stay in Windham after other plans for our vacation feel through. The owner was able to accommodate us same day which was super appreciated. Its such a cute town and definitely worth a visit!

Spent a four-day ski weekend with four friends. Close to everything. Skied Hunter one day and Windham day/night other days. Excellent location for grabbing a bite or a drink in town and exploring shops and galleries. Open concept is ideal for meal preparation and relaxing after a great day on the slopes. Ample sleeping accommodations. Property owner was gracious and helpful.

Everything was brand new, warm (despite negative temperatures!) and perfect for our stay. The condo is right in the middle of town, but great privacy and views of the ski mountain. The owner was very responsive and a joy to deal with!
