Great stay and Roberto was an incredible host.

Nice rooms, ideal for families. Roberto, the host, is very friendly and helpful. We were there for one night only to interrupt our long drive. But it would also be ideal to explore Venice and its surroundings. Venice is accessible by train within ca. 40 Min from the B&B.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Roberto is the nicest host.

Host, cleanliness, and location. Roberto is an excellent host, who´s always ready to help you with everything you need, including some precious and exclusives tips about Venice. Quiet and very clean place, from where you can easily access Venice and its beautiful surroundings. Ask Roberto about Venice and you won't be disappointed.

The building and the room look nice.

If you are late for their check-in at 8 p.m., whatever the reason, they charge you 20€ extra.

Roberto is a nice host. The rooms are very clean. Good place to sleep before visiting Venice.

Nothing negative.

The room was clean and pre cooled. The Bed mattress and pillow are comfortable. The Breakfast was serve by Mr. Roberto(owner), he offered a guided tour in the city and gave us some tips where to eat cheap authentic Italian food in the city.

The breakfasts were excellent, Roberto was a knowledgeable and helpful host. Out short stay in Venice was very enjoyable and convenient thanks to this accommodation and the hep provided by Roberto. Highly recommend, we will stay again next time!
