The staff were rude. Beware of Mustafa all he is looking for is money. They initially agreed to arrange transfers from the airport and decorate the room for our honeymoon via booking.com as a surprise for my wife however when we arrived after a 6 hour flight and waited an hour outside the airport there was no transfer. I had to ask a kind stranger to phone the hotel. When I spoke to them they said phone the company and I tried to explain I messaged via booking.com and it was agreed I would pay on arrival for these extras and they said they would arrange everything. They were rude on the phone and basically left me and my wife stranded with no offer to send a taxi or even help. We ended getting a taxi and payed a bit over the going rate however it had to be done. When we got to the hotel the staff realised they made a mistake and all they did was offer an apology then passed to this Mustafa who immediately tried to sell us tourist excursions and packages etc at higher prices and when I refused he took our bags up and basically expected a tip? After the service i just received i gave him a small note and he said its ok keep it, it was to little but what did they expect again just appaling service and disgusting attitude. Honestly this hotel is a joke not worth the 1000+ euro I spent on it. There is also a sewage smell coming from the lobby and lift so that is off putting, it came into the room 1 or 2 nights aswell. Breakfast is not worth it, tasteless and just repetitive I only ate twice out of my 7 day stay. The jacuzzi also was weak and not as expected basically a big bath that was really not as advertised. Guys please avoid, you honestly can find much better than this don't risk it at all!

Walkable from bus station (main road signposted to town) - or fist stop on the tram is right outside the hotel. Tram goes on to Airport.

Convenient location for the bus station. Buffet dinner was okay for the price. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Nothing worth mentioning - the TV didn't have many channels.

My stay was comfortable because Hotel was good and had location close to tram station just 1min walk or else Reception can call Taxi for you. There are two fuel station on each side with shopping mart so if you need snacks or drinks you can get easily. Service was also good, hotel reception did the booking for my Airport drop-off also gave a good price. Room was big and everyday house keeping cleaned the room. Overall hotel has good service and has perfect location due to Tram station, so you are still connected to the city center even if the hotel is a little far from center. Note: You need Antalya card to travel from Tram and Bus. There are machines at every tram station from where you can purchase the card. When I bought the card price was TR11.00 then you have to top-up the balance. Avg. Trip cost around TR6.00

Nothing worth mentioning, I had one problem but when I informed the reception they immediately solved it.
