The cottage is in a surprisingly quiet and secluded spot, is not overlooked and has beautiful views out across the countryside. It is easy access to local attractions. The photographs do not do it justice. Is the perfect bolthole to get away from the worries of the world. Hosts are excellent.

Well appointed cottage with everything we needed surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great communication with hosts who were really helpful. Well located for walks and things to do. Loved watching the birds feeding in the garden, including morning visits from a woodpecker. Visited the hide,, and though it wasn’t really the weather for bird spotting we did see the ponies!

The first morning when I got up to draw back the curtains and there was a small heard of wild deer looking back at me in the garden, was something special. The place was so well equipped like a home from home.

Excellent accomodation for 4 with two ensuite bathrooms. Very comfortable beds with the accomodation furnished for 4 with all that you would need. Visiting in January meant that we didnt take advantage of the outside seating but the views from the property are fantastic. Clean and tidy with friendly hosts happy to help in any way they can. Loads to see and do in the area with the cottage being well placed to visit the surrounding towns such as Tunbridge Wells with Canterbury and Ashford not that far away. The cottage has private access to its own bird hide. The surrounding area is a nature lovers paradise withsome great walks. We had Sunday lunch in The George in Frant, good food, good beer and very friendly staff. All in all a relaxing time was had after the Christmas & New Year festivities. Well worth booking!

We have just had a wonderful stay at Flying Horse Cottage, the Cottage is set in beautiful surroundings with wonderful views. There are many nature walks to enjoy from the Cottage. Everything you need is supplied and the owner Ginny is a lovely host and always very helpful with tips and advice on the local area and amenities in Tunbridge Wells. We would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay. Kind regards Phil & Ann.

Flying Horse Cottage was all that I had hoped it would be, as a special place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The cottage was warm and clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the welcome from the owners. Our grandsons, who visited on the Sunday, loved exploring the woods just below the cottage. We enjoyed walks at Eridge Rocks and Broadwater Warren and would love to explore more of the area.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay with Andrew & Giny (and Lucky, the resident Shetland Pony!). Beautiful country views, clean, cozy and functional accommodation, and just a hop, skip and a jump to town. Seeing the stars clearly in the night sky was amazing. Lovely visits from the local birds, precisely the kind of place to stay for those looking for peace, quiet and serenity. We will be back! Sincerly, Kris, Amber & Wolf

We had a fantastic stay at Flying Horse Cottage. Very well-equipped, beautiful modern bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and a warm welcome from Giny. We had great fun exploring the woodland attached to the cottage and the children loved feeding Lucky the horse his morning carrot! Best of all for those seeking a birdwatching break, the garden and surrounding woodland is teeming with bird life. It was a delight to see a wide variety of birds (tits, nuthatches, robins, magpies etc) at the garden feeders and we appreciated the bird hide built on the cottage land, where we spotted fieldfares and peregrines. The cottage is a few steps away from RSPB Broadwater Warren where we walked the nature trails everyday. We cannot recommend Flying Horse Cottage highly enough - one of the best holidays we have had!

We were so happy with the whole setup! the cottage had everything we needed, and more . Very clean and so pretty! The views were spectacular, and Lucky the horse was just a treat every morning! We would definitely recommend this cottage and would stay here again and again, as we have friends who live in Tunbridge Wells! I wouldn't even TRY to look for another place to stay, as this was just so perfect for us. We were very comfortable here! Thank you Giny for the wonderful experience, everything was just wonderful :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cottage. Everything is finished to a very high standard, and the cottage is equipped with everything one could need. It is in a beautiful setting, and watching the wildlife added to our stay. Thank you to the owners who although we did not meet,as they were away, were very communicative and pleasant in their e-mails. We loved it, and will look forward to staying there again when occasion arises.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. set in lovely countryside with just the birds for company, oh and the lovely pony just outside in the field. Lots of extra little touches including some herbal teas and fresh flowers on the table. The 2 outside spaces are great, one gets the sun in the morning and the other in the afternoon/evening. A perfect place to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is extremely well equipped and comfortable and the views of the Kent countryside are truly glorious.The visiting wildlife are an added bonus! Very friendly, helpful and discrete hosts and we can't wait to return.
