The breakfast was very good in varieties and quality. The location was ideal in town location as I wanted. The Wi-Fi connection was satisfactory.

The TV channels were not always promptly available. Some free HD channels in Bengali were missing. These should be improved. For the first time entry, the entrance is little misleading. More prominent marking' hoarding should be put up.

After shower of one Bathroom remaining wet and slippery. Asked about internet facilities but hotel did not provide the password as I specifically did not ask for it .Toothbrush, toothpaste was not supplied.

The good things for the hotel are -- Great breakfast, family friendly, Restaurant food is good with many varieties, Good support staff, Daily housekeeping as per tenant's requirement, Sufficient supply of tea & milk in the room for own preparation, Quiet environment in the hotel & lobby. Location is at the city center with all facilities available, Elevator is in good working condition.

Wifi connection is poor, Universal charging socket is not available in the room, Entrance is little difficult for aged person to climb.

The location is very good , the hotel staffs were friendly and cooperative, liked the room and the ambience. Overall its good in terms of hygiene, cleaniness and the quality of the room.

I think it's definitely over priced given that it's Purulia and not Puri or Digha..Secondly although the breakfast had less options but it was good however in restaurant dinning could be better. Firstly it takes a hell lot of time for the food to arrive. Secondly the taste of the food is not good. I didn't like the food that I ordered for dinner. It was neither tasty nor did I like it's quality.
