Massive beds, super comfy. Social atmosphere. Nice showers.

Could do with a kitchen. Bar was expensive.

No kitchen available (only fridge), many beds within a tiny room (3 layers), bathroom doors difficult or not able to be locked, showers quite cold

had to buy locks for very old, small, flimsy lockers which would only fit key valuables rather than your whole bag. no kitchen facilities available. couldn’t control air conditioning (in dorm rooms) - staff have the controller and decide when it is turned on and off so it is on overnight which is good for most people in the dorm unless you are directly in line of the air on where it can get very cold and you only have a sheet so need to wear more clothes to bed which is surreal given the high temperatures all day long

The bar and the showers were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Each bed had their own light and charging point.

The room was too small for 9 backpacks and the lockers were outside the rooms. Wifi in the room was bad, but good in the common rooms.

The friendly and helpful staff. Great central location beside the Main Basilica Central Square. Does not get better location than that. Comfortable beds and air conditioning. I rate this hostel high and a great place to stay whilst in Santa Cruz.

My dorm bed was CONNECTED with the other guy in the L shape and the Aircon was right there freezing me. Plus if I change my side of the head then my head is next to the door. there was no privacy handle of any kind and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The bathrooms had no shower gel or shampoo and watered mixed soap!

Perfect location, nice outside showers, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve never seen a 8-beds dormitory that small ! There is no space for luggages. Also, I arrived at 6 am with my bus, but I had to wait until 8 am to finally see someone and store my luggages.

Centrally located at the main square. Friendly stuff. Cosy bar downstairs. Would sleep here again.

Sorry guys I didn't say goodbye but I didn't want to wake you up. Great music, comfortable beds, amazing people. Best hostel in Santa Cruz 100% if i came back then only to this place.
